We created a seating area in the master bedroom where the family can gather at night to read and spend time quality time. Their desire for deep color and bold pattern allowed us to create a casual space that is both warm and inviting at the end of a long day. Guests often visit and stay for a bit. They wanted to give their family and friends the same cozy feel in their guest bedroom. We were able to use a combination of patterns, textures and colors with our custom-made bedding and pillows. We also love to repurpose where we can and painted furniture is a great place to start. The custom cabinetry fits their lifestyle and cooking needs. The appliance garage was designed to fit all the clients favorite major appliances. There is a built in coffee maker with pull out coffee tray fulfilling the clients coffee break vision. This beautiful kitchen was perfectly designed to fulfill the families day to day needs as well as the nights they spend entertaining guests.

Farmhouse charm with an island vibe, this light and breezy bedroom collection will add coastal living style to your lake house, traditional home or high rise. Barefoot and casual or elegant and chic, the open louvered design creates relaxed feelings of ocean waves and resort retreats. An unfinished basement was transformed into this modern & contemporary space for our clients to entertain and spend time with family. It includes a home theater, lounge, wet bar, guest space and 3 pc washroom. The bar front was clad with beautiful cement tiles, equipped with a sink and lots of storage. Niches were used to display decor and glassware. LED lighting lights up the front and back of the bar. A barrel vault ceiling was built to hide a single run of ducting which would have given an otherwise asymmetrical look to the space. Symmetry is paramount in Wilde North Design. Bar front is tiled with handmade encaustic tiles. Handmade wood counter tops with ebony stain. Recessed LED lighting for counter top. Recessed LED lighting on bar front to highlight the encaustic tiles. Triple Niches for display with integrated lighting. Stainless steel under counter sink and matching hardware. Floor is tiled with wood look porcelain tiles. Screwless face plates used for all switches. Under counter mini fridge.

Our clients came to us wanting to maximize the space they had. They were not planning on moving anytime soon, as they loved their neighborhood. They wanted to renovate the front of their house, which included the front atrium, living room, kitchen, and powder bath. They hated their kitchen because it was completely closed off, had low ceilings, was dark and outdated, not to mention the floors were different in each of these rooms! The pantry was in the breakfast area and the kitchen table became a junk catcher, being the first thing you see when coming in from the garage/laundry room. In their living room, they wanted the spaces on either side of the fireplace to be symmetrical, whether that be bookshelves, a wet bar or closed off. Both parents are working professionals with no time and/or desire to design, create and figure this out on their own. They needed help figuring out how to reconfigure their current space in order to maximize what they already had, as they could not see an obvious solution. They could not envision how it would look so the fact that our designers were able to show them their new kitchen in 3D was pertinent. We removed the pass-through windows that surrounded the atrium and front dining room, as well as the entire kitchen wall, completely opening up those two rooms. We removed a hall that used to lead between the kitchen and the living room since it was a complete waste of space! The ceilings were raised to 10’ in the kitchen and we were able to leave the skylight, letting in that natural light they wanted. We were able to give them a much larger pantry with tons of shelving and increase the size of their laundry room by utilizing the space of their old breakfast nook. We relocated the door to the garage into their new elongated laundry room, built a wet bar across from their new larger pantry (with a pocket door) and the flow and functionality of these new spaces is just perfect! All new Waypoint cabinets were installed one two main kitchen surrounding walls painted Linen. Calacatta Bianco Polished Porcelain Tile 4x12 was used for the backsplash. A large eat-at island was installed, painted Stone, where the family can now gather for homework, meals, and mingling. The soft champagne bronze hardware and accent lighting really give this white and gray kitchen a soft classic look. In the living room, we removed the built-in bookshelves to the left of the fireplace and closed off the wet-bar on the other side, giving them more space in their master suite. White Oak wood flooring, stained Putney, was installed throughout the entire new space, giving it the continuity they were looking for. In the guest bathroom, Carrara white herringbone marble mosaic 12x12 tile was used on the shower floor and niche, while basic marble Bianco polished 12x24 porcelain tile was used on the walls. Luxart polished chrome traditional hardware gives this timeless bathroom the perfect shine. Our clients are so happy with the new functionality and look of their space. It has definitely changed their lives in a way they could have never imagined!

This home outside of Philadelphia was designed to be family friendly and comfortable space and is just the place to relax and spend family time as well as have enough seating for entertaining. The living room has a large sectional to cozy up with a movie or to entertain. The historic home is bright and open all while feeling collected, comfortable and cozy. The applied box molding on the living room wall adds a subtle pattern all while being a striking focal point for the room. The grand foyer is fresh and inviting and uncluttered and allows for ample space for guests to be welcomed to the home. The kitchen was refreshed to include a contrasting toned island, blue backsplash tile and bright brass fixtures and lighting

A quaint cottage on the peninsula between Lauderdale and Middle Lakes was ready for some upgrades. Our client was looking for more space to accommodate visiting friends and family. They wanted to spend more time at this home during the off-season, which meant making some adjustments to the interior. The design we created included opening up a wall between the small kitchen and living area and converting a tiny bedroom into a mudroom at the entrance, which created a welcoming feeling upon entrance as one can now see the lake as soon as they set foot into the home. Our client is able to entertain at the sleek and modern kitchen with commercial grade appliances, quartz countertops and stone fireplace and kitchen backsplash. The guest bath on the main floor was also given an update with a tile shower, glass doors and updated vanity. The original oak flooring was refinished and looks absolutely beautiful.
