Modern farmhouse kitchen design and remodel for a traditional San Francisco home include simple organic shapes, light colors, and clean details. Our farmhouse style incorporates walnut end-grain butcher block, floating walnut shelving, vintage Wolf range, and curvaceous handmade ceramic tile. Contemporary kitchen elements modernize the farmhouse style with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertop, and cork flooring.

The custom kitchen cabinetry is finished in our ten-step high gloss finish in classic white. Accent cabinets are made from maple and finished with our graphite stain.
The countertops feature a 2” thick edge that waterfalls down the side of the cabinets to the right of the fridge. The wall oven, microwave and warming drawer serve the clients’ entertaining needs. All products from William Standen Co.

Packed with a WOW factor, this high gloss contemporary kitchen makes cooking and entertaining a delight! Dura Supreme cabinetry in a high gloss foil finish of gray and white sets the tone. White washed Maple floors, Carrera marble backsplash, and a stunning Strato Olympio Marble island top all create a soothing effect, while a " Red Shimmer" table top by Caesarstone adds the pop of color these homeowners desired. A functional layout keeps guests out of the work space, but still involved. A convenient breakfast/wine bar is a go to for morning coffee, smoothies, or evening cocktails. Wolf/Subzero appliances, a M/W drawer, built in pantry, and window seat are added features that please both cook and guests alike.

With this homeowner being a geologist, they were looking for a very earthy, stone-based feel. The stone for the countertop was selected first, and then a bright color was found to match the rusted stone esthetic. The window was also opened to give life to the owner’s beautiful view and grey upper-cabinets were used to tie the appliances into the rest of the design. Under-cabinet lighting was added as well to keep the space bright and functional throughout the evening.

Clean contemporary lines win over in this upscale Dallas high rise. The original kitchen was dark and outdated. All the walls were black the cabinets were maple and the floor was brown stained concrete. The kitchen was in a corner so the layout stayed the same to help keep the plan open.
Fun, vibrant, contemporary kitchen with high-end style is what this client requested and red came up again and again. We really embraced the idea and went bold with this red hot glass backsplash, and high-gloss white cabinets. The black matte countertop gave us a grounded backdrop and really let the rest of the kitchen shine.
Special features: Custom StyleCraft flat panel cabinets in high-gloss finish and push to open cabinets and drawers with a painted glass backsplash.

This extraordinary project was part of a very special Saratoga Showcase home designed by The Form Collaborative for a family with two small girls. Every detail was considered to maximize the vision of an open floorplan, with emphasis on unique focal points and indoor/outdoor connectivity and symmetry.
The kitchen was designed in two parts: the statement making kitchen that is part of the great room and the pantry that acts as a second space for prep, clean-up and storage. The kitchen achieves a tailored, clean aesthetic through carefully curated design elements including the handsome juxtaposition of oiled walnut laminate and bright white high gloss, touch latch mechanisms removing the need for hardware, and an absence of any wall cabinetry. The pantry, while primarily designed around functional needs, does not disappoint in its striking, modern design.

This clean and classic Northern Westchester kitchen features a mix of colors and finishes. The perimeter of the kitchen including the desk area is painted in Benjamin Moore’s Nordic White with satin chrome hardware. The island features Benjamin Moore’s Blue Toile with satin brass hardware. The focal point of the space is the Cornu Fe range and custom hood in satin black with brass and chrome trim. Crisp white subway tile covers the backwall behind the cooking area and all the way up the sink wall to the ceiling. In place of wall cabinets, the client opted for thick white open shelves on either side of the window above the sink to keep the space more open and airier. Countertops are a mix of Neolith’s Estatuario on the island and Ash Grey marble on the perimeter. Hanging above the island are Circa Lighting’s the “Hicks Large Pendants” by designer Thomas O’Brien; above the dining table is Tom Dixon’s “Fat Pendant”.
Just off of the kitchen is a wet bar conveniently located next to the living area, perfect for entertaining guests. They opted for a contemporary look in the space. The cabinetry is Yosemite Bronzato laminate in a high gloss finish coupled with open glass shelves and a mirrored backsplash. The mirror and the abundance of windows makes the room appear larger than it is.
