This newly completed custom home project was all about clean lines, symmetry and to keep the home feeling sleek and contemporary but warm and welcoming at the same time. In the kitchen High Gloss White finishes and polished Cambria Newport Quartz tops were used to reflect the light from the windows that look out onto the Chesapeake Bay. This modern kitchen design features black and white high gloss cabinetry paired with black countertops. Pops of color are great accent pieces to add flair to the space.

With this homeowner being a geologist, they were looking for a very earthy, stone-based feel. The stone for the countertop was selected first, and then a bright color was found to match the rusted stone esthetic. The window was also opened to give life to the owner’s beautiful view and grey upper-cabinets were used to tie the appliances into the rest of the design. In the kitchen we used high-gloss white cabinets and white quartz composite countertops for a clean, modern look. The backsplash is plate glass as is the backside of the island. We added a touch of color with turquoise bookshelves at the edge of the pantry wall. A Miele appliance suite with a built-in espresso machine complete the high tech space. To keep the space airy and bring in natural light we installed transom windows above the cabinets. Photo: Eric Roth

A kitchen remodel in an existing house. The combination of both door styles was to express the client’s style, while allowing to blend nicely with the rest of the house. The color combinations helps to lighten up the feeling of the kitchen and create more light into this part of the house. Existing dropped ceiling and arched structure above the opening to the kitchen was removed to be able to update the look of the structure to the current modern updated style of the house. Door Style Finish: Alno Sign. High gloss lacquer door style, in the white color. Combined with an accent of the Alno Plan laminate door style that has some dark strings of grays and white into it.

These shower and bathroom wall panels simply click together for a waterproof surface (either inside the shower and tub - or in the bathroom). The sea glass look is relaxiing and inviting in a modern or contemporary styled bathroom. They are simple to clean and install - they can be put up by a first time contractor or DIY homeowner.
