This new 6400 s.f. two-story split-level home lifts upward and orients toward unobstructed views of Windy Hill. The deep overhanging flat roof design with a stepped fascia preserves the classic modern lines of the building while incorporating a Zero-Net Energy photovoltaic panel system. From start to finish, the construction is uniformly energy efficient and follows California Build It Green guidelines. Many sustainable finish materials are used on both the interior and exterior, including recycled old growth cedar and pre-fabricated concrete panel siding.

Since the completion of the home our company has maintained this property. Originally built by a local builder as a speculation home, it was purchased by two busy professionals.
Why is this important? Let's just say the clients are particular and like it when things aren't just so. Both have high level careers, travel often and expect their landscape to be pristine. Year after year our company rises to this challenge.
When originally installed, the builder wanted larger plant material to provide a full and mature look. The continued growth provides a pruning challenge, especially when the client prefers a clean, neat and "compact" landscape. We continually monitor growth and hand prune accordingly, including yearly winter pruning.
The backyard is particularly difficult due to the shade, moisture run-off from neighboring properties. The turf requires constant monitoring and adjustment to the irrigation system. The trees create a mess requiring clean up along with yearly power washing of the stone.
While the challenges are many, the fine maintenance has led to happy clients and numerous referrals.

Inspiration for a mid-sized transitional white tile and stone tile marble floor alcove bathtub remodel in Nashville with an undermount sink, shaker cabinets, dark wood cabinets, marble countertops, a two-piece toilet and gray walls

This is our current model for our community, Sugar Plum, located in Washington, UT. Master “Sweet”! Separated from the other three bedrooms this master retreat is amazing. The bathroom standard features include double sinks, large shower, soaker tub and two his and hers walk in closets. The rest of this impressive house claims large entry way with adjacent fourth bedroom or den. The cook will appreciate the working space and large pantry in the open living space. You can relax in this charming home.

Photo of a kitchen remodel in Southalke Tx features a Timeless Classic bloodline. White cabinetry is photographed often and always pairs well with hardwood floors. This example has smooth hardwood floor finishes and honed white marble countertops. A wolf range provides an excellent anchor in what is best described as a L-shaped kitchen. We love the elongated single island and the efficiency of the step-down wooden culinary prep counter. With a meticulous attention to detail the glass shelves are a 1/2" thick and glass fronted cabinet doors are beveled. Married totally to clean lines the linear pulls and square knobs are jewels to this room. Oversized wall cabinets with crown to the 9' ceilings insure no space has been wasted.
