This lovely couple was initially thinking of just refacing their cabinets and replacing their countertops and backsplash. Then they decided to add matching cabinet doors to their existing shelving which was painted to match with an accent color! One of the unique features we were able to add to this space was taking the odd cubby hole in the wall which could not be extended any higher due to the bonus room floor just above that space was the make it into a pet feeding station and extra storage for their small appliances! By adding matching tile and countertop material it can handle even the messiest of doggie drinkers. Aside from the fresh paint in the whole space, a gorgeous accent color added to the living room shelves and doors, and soft white upper cabinets allowed for the wood base cabinets to create a warm and open feeling while the under and above cabinet task lighting brightens and lifts the space to looking like it even has taller ceilings. To create this incredible entertaining space, we started with all new cabinets, new countertops, and new lighting. The variegated hardwood floors bring an eye catching element to the room. Special space was designated for the flat screen TV, the focal point of the room. Finally, a wine closet and a custom color pool table were brought in as the main attractions, making this space the place to be for game nights (football or board), house parties, or just relaxing with guests.

A stunning Leicht kitchen meant for that perfect family. It incorporates warm tones and a gold accent, using a stone oak and frosty white high gloss cabinetry. The kitchen utilizes the space by it’s corner solution and deep drawers. Appliances and cabinets are seamlessly integrated to create a flawless appeal. Lastly, the high gloss white cabinetry gives the illusion of a slightly higher ceiling. As an added bonus, the kitchen features a blackboard wall for a creative touch.

For a rental suite kitchen we wanted to save cost so used a white subway in a herringbone style to add style and grey grout to define it. Open wine rack and stainless appliances are bonus features for tenants and also means owners will get good tenants by commanding a higher rent. Lower ceiling meant 20" high top cabinets and an awkward jog in the back corner hiding a plumbing stack meant getting creative with cabinetry in the corner.
