Inquire About Our Design Services What we did: I started with a floor plan. I knew the success of this design rested in how the space was mapped out. Lisa and Charles love modern furniture, but they couldn’t seem give each room the warmth they were looking for with modern furnishings, despite their best efforts. I was inspired by photos that they gave me and certain elements in the home that they LOVED. One thing they mentioned was the fireplace and its color. I decided that the fireplace had to be the starting point of the room design, and based the color palette off of that beautiful, earthy orange color. Here’s the highlights of the rest of the project: Charted out the furniture plan for each room. Created blueprints for shelving above Cabinet Storage area. Lisa is an avid reader and my home girl needs a library! Custom designed the sofas, chairs, and an ottoman for the living area. Selected all furnishings, accessories, and art. Created storage for the kids. They are now able to stash their toys when they’re not using them, reducing clutter and keeping the space nice and open. What I love: They gave me the green light to have fun with the fabrics and patterns in the family room. I had a ton of fun with the sofas! That AH-mazing coffee table. It is very unique, and I cannot lie… I secretly wanted it for myself. The art in their living room (very dramatic). With the scale of the room, I knew it was either go big or go home! Total time - 12.5 months

The master bathroom offers the ultimate spa-like experience, featuring a soaking tub, walk-in shower and luxurious oversized closet. A welcoming walk-in shower and a freestanding soaking tub are two of the key design features in this luxurious master bath equipped with the latest technology. The master bath includes a tabletop magnifying mirror that lights up when approached, simulating natural light with full color variation for flawless makeup application. The open doorway to the right of the shower offers a view into the attached master closet. The first floor laundry room off the master suite has a stackable washer and dryer with the latest steam technology, rich mocha counters and light cabinetry for storage of laundry essentials.

This kid’s bedroom feels playful but grown up thanks to using guitars as a wall focal point and a color palette of blue, white and brown to create a sense of calm and relaxation. Sit back and relax in the inviting great room, with a soaring ceiling trimmed out with custom wood beams that pop against the charcoal-gray walls with soft white trim in this space with both comfort and style The great room offers the choice of spending a cozy night by the direct-vent fireplace with porcelain-tile surround and custom black box mantel or watching the smart TV located just off to the left side of the fireplace. The commanding 18-foot-tall fireplace with a chimney portion wrapped in chestnut leather sits center stage in the great room seating area.
