Step into a contemporary luxury bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower with an innovative indoor-outdoor design, complete with a natural wood slat accent wall and a luxurious rain showerhead. This tranquil space boasts minimalist aesthetics, a floating vanity with a sleek white countertop and undermount sink, and stylish gray tile flooring, perfect for modern living and serene retreats.

Our Austin studio decided to go bold with this project by ensuring that each space had a unique identity in this Mid-Century Modern House casita. We chose colors, lines, and textures that reflect the classic mid-century design style.

This was a dream project! The clients purchased this 1880s home and wanted to renovate it for their family to live in. It was a true labor of love, and their commitment to getting the details right was admirable. We rehabilitated doors and windows and flooring wherever we could, we milled trim work to match existing and carved our own door rosettes to ensure the historic details were beautifully carried through.
Every finish was made with consideration of wanting a home that would feel historic with integrity, yet would also function for the family and extend into the future as long possible. We were not interested in what is popular or trendy but rather wanted to honor what was right for the home.

Kind of farmhouse, kind of cabin, kind of mountain, kind of CHIC! This little creekside cabin in the woods is having an identity crisis, but that's ok! We love it anyway. Handmade rustic sliding barn door with mining ore cart handle, reclaimed beams, warm wood stove, taupe-toned wood floors, and every beautiful shade of neutral there is to be had!
