Don and Cheryl in Columbia, MD wanted to improve the appearance of their home with some new siding panels. They trusted our team over at Integrity to complete this project for them. Our workers removed all of the original siding and installed brand new panels - the look was more on the creme colored brown side. It went along perfectly with there home.

This homeowner had been considering new exterior siding for their home in Manasquan, NJ for some time. A sub-division in Long Branch of new high end homes; caught their attention due to the combination of stone and vinyl siding that provided great curb appeal and increased value to their home. The homeowner required the knowledge of Design Build expertise and residential remodeling experience. They knew this could not be found from a siding contractor or stone mason alone. Help was needed with the Design aspect of the project that would transform their weather worn exterior into a beautifully built new home. Their internet research; led them to Mark of Excellence Remodeling, a Design Build Pros Preferred Network Remodeler. Before their consultation with the Project Designer they looked into the reputation of the company with the BBB where the company had an A plus rating and were able to see the company had been doing business and completed numerous projects in Monmouth County over their 28 year history.
Monmouth County vinyl and stone siding remodel in Manasquan, NJ (10)The Project Designer met with the customer and went through our needs analysis process. The customer wanted little or no future maintenance, energy efficiency and an up to date and up market appearance. We recommended a full back insulated vinyl siding material for this large home; which would improve energy efficiency and improve the value proposition of the investment. The homeowner had a very specific color combination in mind and the Project Designer determined that Somerset Wheat Prodigy Siding would be ideal in combination with Savannah Ledge Vintage Wine Boral Stone as the main two elements of the exterior. The Project Designer added some architectural accents; a stone arch front entrance to the home in conjunction two stone flower containers. Mark of Excellence Remodeling completely re-framed the front entrance working with Pella windows and doors for the entry door system. Additional features included Prodigy window lineal to give the front windows a more substantial and elegant appearance. Color coordinated exterior trim for soffits and fascia in Adobe Cream, seamless gutters and leaders in Eggshell and Wicker Keystones pull the color pallet and architectural components together.
Here is how the home looked BEFORE the exterior makeover and remodeling:

The homeowner had a particular challenge with the projecting bay windows on the front and rear of the home. The Project Designer felt that to effectively emulate the exterior siding project the homeowner had seen in Long Branch; the application of AZEK building products exterior trim would break up the predominance of Summer Wheat on large wall areas. The homeowner had already selected low maintenance garage doors which were only available in white. With some direction on the door style from the Project Designer the use of AZEK trim was the ideal complement to the finished doors. A team experienced in emulating traditional construction using AZEK building products was brought in for the bay area detail. This Siding and Stone Project in Monmouth County New Jersey is the envy of the neighborhood!

Without increasing the footprint, a doorway was closed and windows added to dramatically improve the appearance, flow and functionality of the space. The original kitchen had only 5 cabinets in the space and a small island.

This deck staining project in Wichita, Kansas was completed to restore and protect an outdoor deck that had begun to fade and wear from constant exposure to the elements. Over time, sunlight, moisture, and seasonal changes can break down untreated wood, leading to discoloration, surface damage, and reduced durability.
At 180 Renovations, we focus on proper preparation to ensure long-lasting results. The deck was thoroughly cleaned and prepped to allow the stain to fully absorb into the wood for even coverage and maximum protection. We then applied a professional-grade stain designed to enhance the natural look of the deck while creating a protective barrier against UV exposure, moisture, and everyday use. The result is a refreshed, uniform finish that improves both appearance and longevity.
Routine deck staining is essential for maintaining the strength and lifespan of any outdoor structure. This project demonstrates how the right process can bring a deck back to life while protecting it for years to come. If your deck is fading, weathered, or overdue for maintenance, 180 Renovations provides reliable deck staining services in Wichita, Kansas. Contact us today to get started.

This newly constructed home featured a pressure treated deck overlooking a rear yard with a ton of potential. The client asked us to develop a space for outdoor living that included a fire pit, a shaded lounge area, and room for a dining table. One of the challenges was the deck that loomed high above, so we designed and built a custom PVC lattice enclosure with access doors on 2 sides. Not only did this detail improve the appearance, it gave the client useful storage underneath while at the same time brought the structure down visually. We chose a Canal Street Flash paver laid in a herringbone pattern with a double row border in a running bond pattern as our patio. The custom cedar trellis provides shade and adds a vertical element that helps enclose the space. A granite fire pit surrounded by rustic adirondack chairs with a nearby firewood holder rounds out this space very nicely.

A flagstone walkway is a simple and practical solution to improve the appearance of your outdoor space while also providing useful access to your garage, garden, shed, or other points of interest in your lawn and garden.

Lighting or illumination is the deliberate use of light to achieve a practical or aesthetic effect. Lighting includes the use of both artificial light sources like lamps and light fixtures, as well as natural illumination by capturing daylight. Day-lighting (using windows, skylights, or light shelves) is sometimes used as the main source of light during daytime in buildings. Proper lighting can enhance task performance, improve the appearance of an area, or have positive psychological effects on occupants.
Indoor lighting is usually accomplished using light fixtures, and is a key part of interior design. Lighting can also be an intrinsic component of landscape projects.

The colourful and diverse geometric patterns of a Victorian tiled floor can give a property a regal, elegant and timeless feel, making it a popular choice even in the 21st century. However, as time passes without regular care and maintenance, Victorian tiles can quickly lose their colour and appear deadened by the buildup of dirt and dust over several months (and sometimes years).
This property owner in Hebden a very small village in North Yorkshire of less than 300 people, had this common problem. Her Victorian tiled hallway had not been adequately maintained and was now more difficult to keep clean than ever. To add to the problem, most of the tiles along the edges were either broken, cracked, or filled with holes, probably I suspect from the installation of carpet grippers at some point in the past.
At this point, the property owner turned to Tile Doctor to see what could be done.
Before beginning a deep clean of the entire length of the hallway, it was first necessary to source and install replacement tiles for those that had been broken and damaged. I also relaid any that were loose.
When finished, I left the tiles to set and returned the next day to start the clean. My choice of cleaner in this situation was Tile Doctor Pro Clean, which was scrubbed into the floor with a special pad fitted to a rotary machine to break down ingrained dirt and stains. Pro Clean does this very effectively on all types of tile, including natural stone and of course Victorian tiles.
The floor was then rinsed with water and the soiled cleaning solution extracted from the floor using a vet vacuum. Stubborn areas were re-treated with more Pro Clean, and when I was satisfied with the condition of the tiles the floor was given a final but thorough rinse to remove any trace of cleaning product.
The floor was then left to dry completely overnight to ensure all excess moisture had disappeared, leaving it fresh to be sealed. I returned in the morning for a third day of work to seal the Victorian tiles with four coats of Tile Doctor Seal and Go, a topical sealer which provides a rich satin finish to really add depth to the colours in the tile while protecting it against dirt and stains.
The customer was delighted with the restoration and couldn’t quite believe the huge improvement in the appearance of the tiles, especially in regards to the enhancement in the different colours. Another satisfied customer!

We built and stained the new stair treads and handrails to match the flooring, for an integrated, purposeful look. Stainless steel rods running with the slope of the stairs completed the open feel of the new stairs, while still meeting current safety standards.
White perimeter cabinets combined with a dark-blue island and wine bar bases give the kitchen a distinct coastal vibe without appearing too beachy. We added a second row of upper cabinets to the original design. These have glass doors and integrated lighting and maximize the light, spacious, “greatroom” aura of the new, open lower level.
We fabricated the island countertop so the stovetop sits flush with the surface, giving a seamless, integrated look and feel to the spacious island. For a touch of nostalgia and nautical flair, the client selected brass light fixtures and cabinet pulls as the perfect accents, to make the new kitchen space feel like home.

Transform your kitchen into a modern culinary oasis with our latest remodeling design. This project features elegant gray shaker-style cabinets that provide both style and storage. Complementing these are pristine white quartz countertops and matching backsplashes that offer a clean and contemporary look. The floor is laid with luxury vinyl tile (LVT), combining durability with the sophisticated appearance of traditional tile. A deep stainless steel sink paired with a sleek chrome faucet adds a touch of modern functionality, perfect for any home chef. Embrace the blend of beauty and practicality with this meticulously designed kitchen remodel.
