Pink Stairs Gets Added Balance with VistaFolia

Although our indoor and outdoor wall panels remain incredibly popular, we are asked more and more frequently to work our magic on steps and staircases for public buildings and private residences. For too long, outdoor steps and staircases have been tragically ignored when it comes to décor, but it is time to change all that. We have worked on several outdoor staircase projects including this installation in a private home to update a staircase leading to the property. This beautiful Mediterranean styled home featured distinctive pink and white steps leading to the main house which our team felt was the perfect canvas for a little Vistafolia magic. A backdrop of our luxurious, tropical greenery was added to the staircase to add a sumptuous contrast to the warm pink brickwork, with abundance of colors with artificial green wall panels.

Inner city residence in the exclusive Mt. Royal neighborhood of Calgary. Front garden includes a low retaining wall and steps that separates the public street from the private residence. Once inside the property the stone walkways, trees and lush planting welcome the visitors to the residence. The rear garden is geared to entertaining and providing a place for the children and family pet to play. The centerpiece of the garden is the outdoor fireplace located on the upper patio that provides an oasis for the family to sit and relax from the downtown core only minutes away. La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham – Custom Hotel Furniture Project | Roswell, Georgia Sara Hospitality USA supplied and installed custom hospitality furniture and casegoods for the La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham located in Roswell, Georgia. This project highlights our expertise in delivering high-quality hotel furniture solutions designed specifically for the operational needs of modern hospitality environments. For this property, our team manufactured a range of brand-compliant hotel casegoods and guestroom furniture, including custom headboards, nightstands, work desks, TV panels, wardrobes, and storage units. Each furniture piece was designed to maximize space efficiency while maintaining a clean and contemporary look aligned with the La Quinta brand standards. The bathrooms were equipped with durable vanity cabinets and functional surfaces, built to withstand high-traffic hotel usage while maintaining long-term durability and easy maintenance. The furniture materials and finishes were selected carefully to provide both performance and aesthetic appeal. In addition to guestroom casegoods, Sara Hospitality USA also contributed to public area furniture and hospitality millwork elements, supporting the overall guest experience within the property. The project required close coordination with contractors and hotel management to ensure smooth manufacturing, delivery, and installation within the project timeline. Natural Fit

Wright Residential

Located in Sonoma on 2.5 acres with sweeping canyon views, our client's home was built on a long, rectangular lot in 1972. They had owned it for just over ten years and used it for weekend escapes and entertaining. The home burnt down during the 2017 Tubbs fire, and our firm was engaged to design the rebuild. The site did not offer much wiggle room for a new footprint, given the flat bench area that had been graded into a steep hillside when the original subdivision and road were developed. This resulted in a plan that would mostly remain the same; a linear rectangle designed to fit between the driveway and the pool. The primary site strategy move was to change the front entry from the driveway end of the site to the middle of the rectangle, improving the privacy between the master bedroom and public space. We were also able to add a partial second floor to relocate the guest bedrooms from the main level upstairs, thereby enlarging the entertaining spaces to expand graciously to the pool (which remained undamaged). A large pantry and kitchen area were also essential. Fireproof materials include fiber cement board siding and soffits, standing seam metal roofing, and concrete slab porch floors which do not catch embers underneath. The renovated pool was outfitted for fire prevention. The interiors showcase light and distant views and connect seamlessly to the flat areas outside, providing ample space for entertaining year-round and the clients' two springer spaniels. An 1,800 square foot house in East Amherst, NY. A sloped ceiling covers most of the open concept living space which includes the kitchen, dining room and family room. The ceiling, along with an abundance of windows and glass doors, help the space to feel spacious and opens up the interior to the surrounding environment. The loft space creates a nice accent while also providing extra space for an office, an extra bedroom as well as another bathroom. ________________________________________________ Open concept gives the public spaces of the house an open and spacious feel. Sophisticated Country Club Cottage

This 1948 cottage nestled in the Edina Country Club neighborhood underwent a tasteful remodel that artfully blends traditional elements with modern touches. Enter the home into a stunning club room boasting a detailed coffered ceiling, carefully chosen corbels, and elegant built-in shelving all in walnut. The newly designed layout includes double-barreled architecture with a pass-through butler's pantry, seamlessly connecting the public space of the home in an open layout.

Washington Square Condo

A couple was looking to move downtown to a pied-a-terre where they could live and work amidst their large collection of African art. In the end, they purchased 3,600 sf of raw space at Locust Walk at Washington Square, a historic turn of the century, five-story building located in the Society Hill neighborhood of Philadelphia. The rectangular space has large numbers of windows on two exposures, and a linear scheme was developed. All walls and built-ins were pulled away from the exterior walls, providing for an open vista along the full extent along the exterior face. By not breaking the apartment down into smaller enclosed rooms, the full breadth of the space can be taken in and experienced. A half-round gallery space greets visitors as one moves through the entry. At this point, public spaces extend in one direction, and more private spaces, including a large home office and the master suite extend in the other direction. In order to best display the sculptural artwork, the spaces were conceived of a clean, drywall boxes. The existing heavy timber structure and steel frame was encased in drywall as well, creating a quiet backdrop to the real star - the beloved art that fills this apartment's every room.
