I met with Jonathan of Solstice Planning and Architecture in 2022 for a consultation on my office build-out in Sarasota. I had been manipulating the floor plan myself for weeks to try to come up with the best layout for the space since I only had roughly 500 sq ft to work with. Within 10 seconds of looking at my floor plan Jonathan came up with a better layout than I could conceive of and although I ended up designing the space myself it was his idea that laid the foundation for the entire design and build-out. I could not be happier with the finished product!

We were extremely pleased with the whole process of working with Solstice Architecture. They were very responsive, gave us many viable design options, listened carefully and responded to our input and worked well as a team and with us. Our project involved combining two condos into one while dealing with existing structural and mechanical limitations. Jonathan is dedicated to pursuing environmentally sound practices and was responsive to our concerns in regard to the health effects of the various building materials. Despite the seriousness of the undertaking, they made it a very fun experience.

Jonathan helped to reconfigure our 1973 Sarasota School of Architecture home designed by the late Jack West. He was a joy to work with.... creative, flexible, yet staying within our proposed budget. He added a second floor guest area that blended perfectly with the original architecture. As a student of design , I was constantly surprised by the wealth of ideas he had and how easily they were all incorporated within our our home. Now. ten years later, it still looks refreshingly new and exciting. Thank you Jonathan for all-you do!
