All the units are available in either White or Anthracite Matt colors and can stand on plinth or lacquered metal legs. The Rex highboard, shown in the main picture, features 4 doors, providing lots of storage opportunities. This trendy wine cellar is sleek with black wine racking, matching the black coated stainless steel frames in the glass front. Poplar wood was utilized for these wine racks, only to be finished with a modern / contemporary touch of staining them completely midnight black. This wine room screams luxury with its clean lines and hybrid style utilizing metal, glass and wood in varying colors and styles. Designed , built, and installed by Vintage Cellars, this wine cellar keeps your interest with many styles of display and storage. Along the top, individual bottle storage is perfect for those longer termed holdings. Directly below showcases two tiered coved trays, perfect for putting those prized bottles front and center. Directly underneath is a high reveal display row, keeping bottles angled properly to ensure wet corks for graceful aging. One level lower yet again leaves space for original wood cases. The jet black wine racking contrasts beautifully against the sprawling natural wood flooring. They did a fantastic job with the custom stainless steel framing, door, and glasswork.. A beautiful consistency was kept with the dark metal and wine racks. The combination of white and grey marble in the home bar / custom bar, the utilization of mirrors, subdued grey wall coverings, and sleek black furniture, metal, and wood all showcase elegance at its finest. This door line can be modified and customized to any dimension and configuration necessary. Once they began converting their new "hobby" grapes into wine, they soon realized they needed a place to "age" their labors and a place to then enjoy them. They decided to design such a place within the confines of their home where they could entertain family and friends. The structure was modified to allow storage of more than 200 individual bottles, cases, and magnum size bottles. A cask room was added as was a well-appointed tasting room. The storage area is separated from the tasting and social area by a tempered glass doors and windows. The space to be converted was a challenge. No surface was plumb or level, therefore, the remodel involved interior walls, new floors and ceilings. Until these issues were addressed, the beautiful cabinet work, and a complete temperature and humidity control system to store, maintain, and enjoy the wine could not be started. The floors had to be floated out and chases with faux finishes provided for HVAC and electrical. Lighting in the tasting room is provided by a series of recessed and puck lights. The bar/counter area is highlighted by a custom, Tiffany style chandelier. Enough space was left in front of the bar to accommodate two serving tables for food and snacks, with plenty of room to move about the space. Discreetly hidden behind the bar is a large capacity cooler that can chill several bottles at once. The bar is capped with eight lineal feet of Calcutta Gold Marble and sports a brass foot rail. The bar has grape panels between Acanthus Corbels and the bottle storage cabinet areas are a unique blend of Acanthus overlays under precisely cut and mitered grape design crown molding over and around a cleverly designed bottle storage system. Traffic flow is achieved through the multiple points of entry through any of three pairs of 6' custom double doors which, when weather permitting, can remain open while entertaining. The host and hostess can attend food and beverage service from behind and around the bar through a separate doorway. The temperature controlled cask storage area is large enough for the clients' current needs, and can accommodate a larger number of casks should the need arise. The floor and walls of the cask room are designed for easy maintenance.. Both rooms are delightfully decorated with earthen tone faux finishes on walls, ceilings and floors reminiscent of a nonspecific European wine making region. This effect is extended to the soffits in the tasting room. A unique wine racking system is easily stored, providing even greater ability to maintain and move about the storage area.

Completed Kitchen & Interior Renovation | Kansas City Metro What appears effortless in a finished renovation often represents months of careful planning, structural work, trade coordination, craftsmanship, and finishing. For this project, All Under One Roof, Inc. completed a substantial interior transformation centered around creating a brighter, more functional, and more connected kitchen and living environment. The project included modifications to a structural wall and corresponding support adjustments, along with extensive electrical upgrades throughout multiple areas of the home. New electrical work supported wafer lighting, under cabinet illumination, the kitchen island, and dedicated circuits serving several rooms. The kitchen and pantry received extensive cabinetry, hardware, and custom island corbels. Approximately 692 square feet of new red oak flooring was installed throughout the entry, kitchen, and great room. Areas affected by relocated walls were carefully patched before the new and existing hardwood flooring, along with 15 stairs, was sanded, stained, and finished for a cohesive appearance. Pella 250 Series vinyl windows were also incorporated into the renovation, including fixed, double hung, and casement configurations. The completed kitchen brings these individual elements together through white cabinetry, warm hardwood flooring, detailed millwork, statement lighting, gold toned hardware and fixtures, extensive storage, and a central island. Bangkok Builder finished the construction of a luxury house, for a client at Lakewood Golf Club, Bangkok. The house was built with 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, living room/dining room, modern luxury kitchen, office/library, storage room, laundry room, maids accommodation, Thai kitchen and carport for 3 cars. The master bedroom suite had a glass shower cubicle, with three types of showers, with a wall in a natural stone finish. There was also an external outside rain shower. Once it was all completed, as the chosen house builder, we then started the construction of the house. The home used some natural stone, sand stone and German standard wooden flooring. It had a main swimming pool and child’s pool, separated by a bridge, which went over to the Sala. There was also an individual heated Jacuzzi. Our smart home systems expert installed automated lighting systems, automatic remote control gates and various smart home systems for the client.
