A Victorian semi-detached house in Wimbledon has been remodelled and transformed into a modern family home, including extensive underpinning and extensions at lower ground floor level in order to form a large open-plan space. Photographer: Nick Smith

St. George's Terrace is our luxurious renovation of a grand, Grade II Listed garden apartment in the centre of Primrose Hill village, North London. Meticulously renovated after 40 years in the same hands, we reinstated the grand salon, kitchen and dining room - added a Crittall style breakfast room, and dug out additional space at basement level to form a third bedroom and second bathroom.

This guest bathroom has been kept as simple as possible to feel like part of the furniture. The timber floors work with the recycled timber vanity and the decor has used earthy colours and textures to soften the feel. Photography by Sue Murray - imagineit.net.au

The contemporary bathrooms at Mr & Mrs Weatherhill's property in the Lake District truly exude timeless elegance. This project was a great opportunity to supply top-end products creating a real Wow factor in the home. Brands such as Villeroy & Boch, Hansgrohe and Bisque are shown to their full advantage creating amazing bathrooms that reflect the owners' sense of aesthetics. An excellent partnership was formed between ourselves and Paul Dixon Ltd, the highly skilled Project Manager / Building Contractor, whose attention to detail and stonemasonry expertise contributed to some truly stylish and timeless bathrooms. A moody black wall sets the tone in the living area of this Hampstead property. A velvet mustard sofa sits beautifully in contrast to the moody walls. Sculpture and form is carried throughout the property in the bespoke joinery and furniture. A bespoke House of Sui Sui shelving unit adorns the wall, featuring black portoro marble and distressed brass half circles. Whilst a sculptural DH Liberty terrazzo table sits under the iconic DH Liberty Pear Light.

Band-sawn wide plank floor, smoked and finished in a dark white hard wax oil. The rift-sawn effect is really sutble, it is almost invisible from a distance. Cheville also supplied a matching plank and nosing used to clad the staircase. The 260mm wide planks accentuate the length and breath of the room space. Each plank is hand finished in a hard wax oil. All the blocks are engineered, bevel edged, tongue and grooved on all 4 sides Compatible with under floor heating
