ELLETIPI has developed this product to optimize and organize available spaces in kitchen bases dedicated to the sink and equipped with large drawers. Based on its characteristics, we mainly recommend this product to manufacturers and artisans during the kitchen realization phase. It replaces the melamine bottom of the first large drawer under the sink and uses the sliders like a pull out tray and to fasten it to the door. Its components are aluminum profiles and removable aluminum trays with ABS polymer end pieces; it is possible to modify and adapt this product with adequate tools for default millimeter or centimeter values. This version was designed for BLUM brand sliders, Intivo/Antaro type; depth module 50cm EU and width module 90 EU.

In addition to the loft particularities, it’s important in a kitchen of this size to ensure that all the elements have been laid out with purpose from a functional perspective and a design perspective. CENTERPIECE KITCHEN Color was an important design element in this kitchen. This is evident in the striking blues and grays of the marble countertops and backsplash, as well as the dark navy hue of the built-in cabinets. White lower cabinets create two-tone contrast, while glass cabinets and a long wood open shelf make the most of the available height. The built-in cabinets also include built-in appliances: an espresso maker, coffee machine, two side-by-side wine fridges, and even an integrated refrigerator paneled to match the cabinetry for an essentially seamless look. The cabinets are all push-to-open, eliminating knobs to complete the overall sleek, contemporary style. The marble backsplash is also book-matched, meaning the slabs of stone have been cut and polished to match each other, creating a mirroring effect that further contributes to the cohesive, contemporary aesthetic of this apartment. BUILDING CONSIDERATIONS Functional factors are another vital component to New York City apartment building renovations. In this particular project, we had to consider how to get large slabs of stone into the loft without having to cut them up. When working with slabs, and especially when the design is as sleek and contemporary as this one, it’s vital to eliminate seams as much as possible. Elevators and stairs are often not large enough to handle large slabs of stone, which means there are only two other options: cutting the stone and putting it back together on site (but this will create a seam, so it’s not always an option) or using a crane to bring it in through a window. Higher-end buildings tend to have more restrictions and management companies with stricter renovation guidelines – with good reason. A good relationship with the super and staff of the building is absolutely essential; effective communication with everyone involved will result in an ideal outcome for all parties. ARTFUL LOGISTICS Seemingly minor elements such as apartment protections are also just as crucial. While every renovation will require protections in hallways, common spaces, zip walls, and perhaps the floors, those protections are doubled when renovating in an apartment that’s currently occupied. In the case of this particular client, who owned a great deal of valuable artwork in addition to their furniture and other belongings, Gallery exacted their own form of art when putting the protections in place and maneuvering around them with skill. his project presented a challenging but rewarding structural and cosmetic restoration. The piece arrived with the bottom drawer entirely absent and the upper drawer carcasses reduced to facade panels only, requiring complete fabrication of new components before any finishing work could begin. Scope of Work: Custom Fabrication — A fully new bottom drawer was constructed from raw oak stock, engineered to match the original joinery profile and interior dimensions precisely. New drawer boxes were fabricated for the upper compartments to accept the existing original front panels. Color Matching & Toning — Matching new-growth raw oak to an aged, patinated antique finish requires a methodical approach. Custom stain blends were developed and applied in multiple tonal layers to achieve a seamless visual integration between old and new material. Surface Restoration — Traditional French Polish was applied across the entire piece to unify and revive the original shellac finish, followed by a high-grade paste wax application for long-term surface protection and depth of sheen. The result is a structurally sound, fully functional piece with a restored finish that honors the original craftsmanship. G. Photography Robin Hill & Chance Stillman The renovation of this contemporary residence and garden is deeply inspired by its subtropical context, utilizing horizontal lines to ground the home and connect its occupants to nature. When considering how to make the most impactful intervention, the design team focused mainly on horizontal roof planes, subtropical landscaping and an abundance of clerestory windows that would all contribute to the home’s integration with its site. In contrast to the tropes of a Palm Beach traditional vernacular, this home seeks to re-establish itself within nature as a place for a young family. Architectural strategies included dematerializing the surrounding walls and expanding the roof eaves to connect the interior spaces with the surrounding gardens of the home. The site plan is organized around four main pavilions: A bedroom pavilion to the south, a cabana pavilion to the west, a garage pavilion to the north, and a central living pavilion. Each of the three pavilions engage with the central living space while still allowing nature to flow between them. The pavilions are organized around the pool deck, equipped with zero-edge detailing and layered subtropical landscaping. In this way the swimming pool doubles as a recreational component to the program but also as a mirror to expand views and reflect the surrounding landscape. A glass bridge serves as the garden threshold between the garage and the home. The renovated home and garden departs from its former Bahamian style and stands out within the community as a symbol for the future of architecture and landscape architecture within this quiet, ocean-front community. A residence derived from, and in response to, its user and environmental context; thus, re-establishing it with place. The mandate was to fabricate and install a bespoken wrought iron handrail for a property located in Notre-Dame-de-Grace, Montreal. The goal was to make the space safe and in compliance with the city regulations site plan and architectural integration and safety standards governed by the Building Code and add an aesthetic finish while being functional and adapted to the needs of the client and their lifestyle. Ignis Inferni Forge's role there was to design, manufacture and install the railing components for the client. Efficiency in the design, high quality craftsmanship and attention to the finest details were key elements to the success of this project.

Situated in the picturesque Encino Hills, this project involved the remodeling of two bathrooms in a mid-century style home, staying true to the character of the house while integrating modern luxuries. The primary bathroom has been transformed into an open oasis, featuring a spacious, curbless walk-in shower that exudes luxury and openness. The bathroom floor and the shower floor are seamlessly connected with terrazzo tile, complemented by a 60" linear brass shower drain. The shower and bathroom walls showcase a striking 3-dimensional linear texture with Ribbonwood Walnut tiles. A large niche with custom shelving and beautifully finished edges in white quartz slab adds a touch of sophistication. A standout feature of the shower is the large picture window offering stunning views of the natural green surroundings, equipped with smart tinted glass that can switch between clear and fogged for privacy at the touch of a button. The luxurious components of the primary bathroom include a brass shower system with both shower head and rain shower heads, controlled by a sophisticated system. The Toto toilet and Toto washlet system offer modern conveniences such as auto flush and a smart bidet feature, enhancing the contemporary design. To maintain the mid-century charm, the original vanity and pendant lights were preserved and refreshed with a new luxury white quartz countertop, new sinks, and new brass faucets. The result is a harmonious blend of mid-century aesthetics and modern luxury, creating a primary bathroom that feels like an open, luxurious oasis. This traditional Muskoka style home built by Tamarack North has just about everything you could ever possibly need. The gabled dormers and gazebo located on the exterior of this home add character to the cottage as well as an old Muskoka component to its design. We transformed this Wynnewood home with a comprehensive renovation focusing on the kitchen, powder room, and mudroom. The kitchen saw a modern upgrade with White Shaker cabinets, new countertops, and a tile backsplash. Essential fixtures like sinks, cabinet hardware, and faucets were installed, alongside LED cabinet lighting. We enhanced the space with new island lights and updated electrical components. In the powder room, we relocated it to the garage and installed framing, drywall, and new fixtures. The mudroom received new framing, stairs, an exterior sliding door, and custom storage solutions.
