This image showcases a beautifully rustic entryway with warm, natural wood tones and a welcoming ambiance. Reclaimed wood beams and hardwood flooring set the tone for a cozy and inviting space. A farmhouse-style bench, paired with industrial coat hooks, offers practical storage and seating. The black front door and a patterned area rug add contrast and charm. Large windows flood the area with natural light, while a nearby seating nook with a leather armchair and fresh sunflowers adds a touch of comfort. This thoughtfully designed entryway perfectly balances functionality and rustic elegance.

This ranch went from outdated and non functional to bright, airy, and modern. Every surface was updated from the kitchen and bathrooms to the exterior of the home. Classic details keep the style timeless while subtle pops of color add life and personality. The home now has high ceilings and an indoor/outdoor floor plan, perfect for entertaining and living.

By using custom made wood windows from Pella, we were able to accurately match the existing front façade look of the home. The new windows provided far superior weatherization and sound control; in part through the use of dual-paned high performance glass with low-e coatings.
As always, we only use products that have been pre-approved by the SF Planning Dept. In this case, custom wood windows that matched the original style and intention of the building on the street facing side. And, high-performance, low maintenance windows on the non-street facing sides.

The clients were living with a very dated and non-functional "master" bathroom. They wanted to gut it and start over with key asks being for a curbless shower, floating vanity and modern style.

This contemporary style kitchen features a two combination finish of white lacquer and a dark grey metallic high gloss.

This newly remodeled home was transformed top to bottom. It is, as all good art should be “A little something of the past and a little something of the future.” We kept the old world charm of the Tudor style, (a popular American theme harkening back to Great Britain in the 1500’s) and combined it with the modern amenities and design that many of us have come to love and appreciate. In the process, we created something truly unique and inspiring.
