We were involved in every step of this project - from demolition, through the full renovation, and finally staging and showcasing for its market debut Open House. Each element was carefully selected, to create a warm and welcoming home, that a new younger family would love.

Dave & Noreen called when their pool builders were wrapping up their project in October; Dave had considered building a patio himself, but quickly realized it was more work than he was willing to tackle. The hardscape and landscaping design process involved many design hours and 3 meetings until all details of grading, pool fencing, paver selection, and lighting were finalized.

This project involved a total renovation of a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment, measuring approximately 1,000 square feet. Natural, earthy finishes were selected to keep the small space light and airy, and luxury lighting functions as the "jewelry" of the space.

This project involved a complete reside with James Hardie 8 1/4" Select Cedarmill HardiePlank, smooth ventilated soffit, and Hardie Trim. The roof is CertainTeed Landmark in Weatherwood. We also added a simple patio cover and full repaint with Sherwin Williams SuperPaint, Anew Gray SW7030 - siding, and Polished Concrete SW9167 - trim. This one turned out beautiful.

This project involved removing a fiberglass insert shower and a soaking tub and installing a tiled walk in shower, custom double vanity with granite top, porcelain sinks and dual vanity mirrors and lights. The granite used for the vanity top, the cap on the top of the 1/2 wall and the radius corner sheets in the shower was all cut from the same slab of granite. The client was very involved in the design from start to finish and selected all tile, granite and paint colors!

Redesigning the layout of this master bathroom involved taking out the unused whirlpool tub and adding in a luxurious custom tile shower. The toilet was moved to the opposite side of the bathroom allowing for some privacy behind the shower wall and providing space for a wider vanity. We worked with this client to select the materials and colors and we were on site during construction to answer any questions and offer suggestions for the finishing details. Now everyone in the family wants to use this shower.

While KSI designers typically work directly with homeowners on their kitchen and bath design projects, we also love partnering with interior designers - and they love partnering with us! We make it easy for interior designers to create beautiful and functional spaces for their clients by offering our cabinetry knowledge and design expertise to compliment their skillset. When Interior Designer Shannon Lawrason came to KSI to select cabinetry for her new build home, I knew our collaboration would result in a truly breathtaking kitchen!
As a client and an Interior Designer, Shannon had a vision from the beginning: Timeless beauty with a touch of classic elements. Everything involved in the mixture of textures – hardware selection, tile selections, marble, cabinetry materials – was fundamental to the execution of the design intent.
