Tucked into a corner of the dining room, this butler’s pantry is small but has a lot of style, with its metal grout joints and oversize antiqued tile. This was a detached building from the main house just for the theater. The interior of the room was designed to look like an old lodge with reclaimed barn wood on the interior walls and old rustic beams in the ceiling. In the process of remodeling the room we had to find old barn wood that matched the existing barn wood and weave in the old with the new so you could not see the difference when complete. We also had to hide speakers in the walls by Faux painting the fabric speaker grills to match the grain of the barn wood on all sides of it so the speakers were completely hidden. We also had a very short timeline to complete the project so the client could screen a movie premiere in the theater. To complete the project in a very short time frame we worked 10-15 hour days with multiple crew shifts to get the project done on time. The ceiling of the theater was over 30’ high and all of the new fabric, barn wood, speakers, and lighting required high scaffolding work.

Here's a complete bathroom remodel done for a family in Long Beach. Though this bathroom may look like a simple small and compact bathroom, this room holds a lot of great features. The main attraction of this bathroom comes from the open shower that is accompanied by a accented black tile wall. This shower is also featured with a full length niche for shower accessories and a bench for extra support. The bathroom is enhanced more by the golden features that come from the knobs and faucet. This bathroom is the perfect master bathroom extension.

This project in Blue Bell involved a thorough renovation, including plumbing upgrades in multiple bathrooms and the addition of a tiki bar in the existing garage. We facilitated various plumbing installations, such as running gas pipes and adding an exterior faucet. Within the garage, we transformed spaces into a movie room, a powder room, and a tiki bar, complete with custom features like shelving and a gas fireplace. We also tackled flooring, doors, trim, and windows throughout the property, ensuring a cohesive aesthetic. Bathroom renovations included custom glass shower doors and unique design elements like cedar accents. Exterior improvements, such as door replacements and deck construction, were also part of our scope. Throughout the project, we adhered to building codes, completed necessary insulation and fireblocking, and applied paint according to the owner's preferences.

JAC 140 - Twilight in Space by Jon Allen The Jon Allen Collection is an exclusive, hand-selected group of my most personal work to date. Each piece is hand-painted on aluminum. My art itself and my chosen medium, aluminum, are blissfully married. You may not think of the word organic when you hear the word metal, but this is some of my most organic art and that’s simply because metal allows my work to achieve true sentience. Aluminum’s naturally reflective nature enables each color, shape, and stroke to reach its full potential. A new aspect of the painting will reveal itself to you as it basks in the light that surrounds, evades, or envelops it in that moment. When you see the piece from different angles, you will appreciate how vibrant, dynamic, and environmentally influenced these pieces are. What you may see and feel by morning is not what you’ll see or feel by dusk and in many ways, and as such I feel these pieces capture the ever-ebbing and complex nature of human emotion and perception. Some of these pieces are truly abstract while others are modern takes on traditional landscapes, marine life, and portraits. I hope you enjoy them a fraction of how much I enjoyed creating them.
