When your homeowner's favorite color is purple, you give her a beautiful purple master suite. The herringbone custom accent wall behind bed is painted in a soft plum, while remaining walls are an icy light grey with dark grey trim.

Occupied staging of a Mid Century Modern golf course home. Moon Valley Country Club. We used a mixture of the client's existing furniture and added art, furniture, and accessories. The client fell in love with her home all over again and almost didn't want to list. They were able to live in it while showing, because they maintained it perfectly.

Wanting some of the familiarity of British country living, we deliberately incorporated details that echoed homeland into the design such as a ceramic farm sink. Amy designed the cabinetry using Signature Custom Cabinets, the construction is inset with a recessed panel door style. The simple shaker style door she modified with fuller stiles and rails to provide that country look and by alternating flush toe kicks and furniture legs also helped to achieve details and the country look the client was after. Adding subzero drawers at the end of the island offers quick access to snacks and drinks for the boys! The pretty green island was a color the client identified with her British roots. Bringing memories together with color really connects the homeowner personally to the space.
This distressed butternut island top with bread board ends is complete with natural wormholes, a true Raging River work of art. It really warms up the space and will patina further over time. The simplicity of the ultra modern Gaggenau induction cook top and sleek lines of the exhaust hood really allows that feature counter to take all the glory!
Lastly, the backsplash is crafted with textured, hand-made ceramic tiles that add a subtle bit of charm along with the warm touch of the antiqued brass cabinet hardware! Leaving the client with a beautiful and functional new kitchen.

Contrasting color upper cabinets at Range blend with moss green color of handmade backsplash tile. Under cabinet lights and plug strips keep the backsplash free and continuous. All other cabinets are the deepest gray/brown - Obsidian - for drama and contrast. The homeowner is featuring her collection of vintage French cookware. Natural Quartzite adds drama in white, crystalline blue and black rivers.

For this bedroom, Karen wanted to block the sun and keep the Texas heat out without blocking the light. Semi Opaque Duette Honeycomb Shades were perfect for her!

This playful Kitchen Island is made from a salvaged and refurbished vintage chest of drawers. The homeowners loved the thought of bringing in something with a previous life that would serve as a working Island. We added an oversized piece of Butcher Block for a work surface and removed the drawers to create open storage for her collection of vintage cookware.

This was a project done for a client who wanted art pieces for her cabin bathroom in the San Juan Islands. She brought paint swatches and materials and did a lot of comparing before deciding on these pieces. She was very pleased with the outcome.

What had been an oak kitchen with white tile counters is now a refreshing and calming white and blue kitchen. The perimeter cabinets were painted and a new island adds a color pop and microwave drawer as an added bonus. Light shifts off the quilted hex tile backsplash by Sonoma Tilemakers to add texture and interest.

The client added a 10 foot addition to the back of their house to enable them to have a large gourmet kitchen. We used Lauriermax cabinets and natural quartzite countertops. The client chose the Picket tile in frost from Fire Clay Tile for her backsplash. It was a bit of a risk- but paid off- because it works beautifully with everything else.
