We opted for a “pull and replace” remodel – an approach that preserves the existing layout while updating key elements, offering significant aesthetic improvement at an optimal cost. A custom “appliance garage” was incorporated into the design, allowing countertop appliances to be concealed when not in use, maintaining the clean aesthetic the client desired.

The owners of this South Dublin period family home have relocated their kitchen to create a bright and bespoke new design – a total transformation from its predecessor. The bespoke 30mm solid wood cabinetry features stepped Shaker doors and solid oak internals. The cabinetry has been handpainted in Farrow & Ball French Grey, creating an elegant, calming space. The open shelving over the sink with the mirror finish is a key element of the design, which allows for the natural light to reflect around the room, giving views of the beautiful exposed brick feature from all angles. Aged brass handles complete the look.

This dreamy bedroom is just the right space for the precious little girl is was designed for. Worthy of the investment made it will transition from a toddler's room though the teenage years and beyond. The color palette of raspberry, blue, white and warm taupe it is fresh, youthful and timeless. The mix of patterns and textures layer in to make this a warm and cozy place to play, read and sleep. The custom wainscoting is spectacular and a beautiful foundation to the design. All of the key elements work together to make this space balanced, functional and beautiful. This is the perfect room for a perfect little girl!

This Mid-Century Modern home in the Water Hill neighborhood of Ann Arbor got a new master bathroom addition. The style of the new addition stayed in keeping with the home’s architecture, incorporating key elements such at the low pitched roof, wood beams and clerestory windows; a space with plenty of natural and artificial light and a modern walk-in shower.

Our design & build company successfully completed a stunning project, transforming a 3-bedroom apartment located on Read Street in Tribeca into a captivating living space for a family of four. The renovation project encompassed several key elements. We began by meticulously removing all wallpaper throughout the apartment, providing a clean canvas for the subsequent enhancements. The walls and ceilings were then expertly painted to the client's desired color palette, adding a fresh and vibrant ambiance to every room. The existing flooring was carefully sanded and stained, restoring its natural beauty and ensuring durability. To enhance both aesthetics and functionality, we installed a new countertop in the kitchen, chosen for their quality and style. Finally, the cabinets were refinished through a meticulous process of sanding and brush painting, giving them a renewed and modern appearance. This project showcases our commitment to delivering exceptional results and creating a truly exquisite living space for our valued clients, while keeping their budget in mind.

When the key elements to staging a room are applied: furniture placement, decluttering or editing interior items, and creating an ambiance; it’s amazing how fast a room can transform! As you can see, our clients request to update their lovely sitting room on a minimal budget was accomplished. They were able to use their own furniture, accent pieces, and area rug, with only a few additional items purchased. Doesn’t this sitting room make you want to sip on some hot tea and curl up with a good book!

These homeowners wanted to organize their small backyard into a family friendly space for all to enjoy. Key elements included a covered deck, space for a patio, space for a trampoline, and privacy from neighbors that did not feel like a typical fence. We selected Azek Vintage decking in Coastline to create a clean, light modern look for the deck and built-in bench. The Lexan trellis allows light in, but keeps the space underneath dry. Integrated low voltage lights illuminate the space under the trellis as well as the deck steps. Raised planters create pockets of green within the composition. The design also accommodates a hot tub and large trampoline. The end result is a space that the entire family can enjoy!
