This home was a sweet 30's bungalow in the West Hollywood area. We flipped the kitchen and the dining room to allow access to the ample backyard. The design of the space was inspired by Manhattan's pre war apartments, refined and elegant.

The design concept balances a fine line between modern masculinity and feminine elegance. Mixing metals and materials were key to achieving a timeless aesthetic throughout the room. Walnut butcher block table supported on a custom Brass leg frame. Astounding LEICHT open concept kitchen that displays the benefit of a high contrast space. Our matte Bondi-C cabinetry is paired up with Orlando stone oak to bring in texture and balance the contrast. This design utilizes the space by it’s U-shaped layout and a small island at the center for extra counter space. In addition, to the stainless steal appliances that are seamlessly integrated into the design.

This beautiful kitchen is the perfect take on a modern farmhouse. It's open and spacious with so many thoughtful details. The top of the island is fabricated with Fantasy Brown Marble. One of the focal points of this kitchen is the stunning backsplash made up of 4x12 metallic glass tiles. The beautiful flooring is an engineered 7' plank brushed white oak that was stained.
