This Kitchen was renovated into an open concept space with a large island and custom cabinets - that provide ample storage including a wine fridge and coffee station. The details in this space reflect the client's fun personalities! With a punch of blue on the island, that coordinates with the patterned tile above the range. The funky bar stools are as comfortable as they are fabulous. Lastly, the mini fan cools off the space while industrial pendants illuminate the island seating. Maintenance was also at the forefront of this design when specifying quartz counter-tops, porcelain flooring, ceramic backsplash, and granite composite sinks. These all contribute to easy living. Modern industrial minimal kitchen in with stainless steel cupboard doors, LED multi-light pendant over a central island. Island table shown here extended to increase the entertaining space, up to five people can be accommodated. Island table made from metal with a composite silestone surface. Bright blue metal bar stools add colour to the monochrome scheme. White ceiling and concrete floor. The kitchen has an activated carbon water filtration system and LPG gas stove, LED pendant lights, ceiling fan and cross ventilation to minimize the use of A/C. Bi-fold doors.

The kitchen includes cabinets by Columbia in two different colors. The cabinets are maple with a furniture finish. Some of the upper cabinets were finished out with clear glass. The custom granite countertops installed by Bay Works unify the space with an eat-in area and dramatic lighting completes this lovely remodel.
