Our clients were aging in place and wanted a curbless shower and large shower bench to meet certain functionality needs. We incorporated both of these wishes into our design and also made the shower larger within space. We utilized the current structure so we did not to do any re-framing into the client's hallway. Within the confines of the existing framing we maximized the space be creating an L shaped bench and niche, adding additional space for seating, storage, and a little extra design flare that really sets the shower space off! This project converted a builder design with entry level finishes into an elegant, "L Shaped", entertaining space that fit the needs of an active family. Off white Omega painted cabinets with a timeless recessed panel door design set the tone for a transitional setting. Lennon granite was used to partner the cabinets with the grey tones in the large format tile splash and the warmth of the oak flooring. A window was removed from the cooking wall to simplify the space and organize the work triangle in a way that guests would know where to sit and multiple cooks could operate without a congested setting. The sink was placed on the large island to allow the cook to be able to engage with the family room and whoever sits at the stools. Products include Thermador / Viking / Wolf appliances, Omega Dynasty Lorring - Magnolia Cabinets, Amerock hardware, and American Hardwood Flooring - red oak flooring.

A cottage garden that represents a little slice of heaven! The large lawn area is accompanied by an L-shaped pool, lounge area, and patio. A smaller sitting area on the back porch was designed in a whimsical rustic style, decorated with natural wood furnishings and wicker chairs, surrounded by large potted flowers.

This beautiful bathroom remodel involved demoing the toilet closet to open up the room. A large tub was demoed to allow the walk in shower to be built. The bathroom no longer has a dated look.
