These bespoke fitted wardrobes were designed with both functionality and style in mind. Inside, they feature a combination of hanging rails, adjustable shelving, and soft-close drawers, all complemented by soft-close concealed hinges for a smooth, seamless feel. Warm LED lighting, activated by sensors, adds a touch of luxury while making the interiors easy to navigate. We used Egger’s ‘Vintage Sante Fe’ for the internal carcasses, shelves, and drawers, carefully grain-matched throughout for a cohesive look. For the exterior and doors, we chose Finsa ‘Hidrofugo’ MRMDF, finished by hand in Farrow and Ball’s elegant ‘Selvedge’—a timeless shade that completes the design with understated sophistication.

There was nothing but grass behind the home, so beginning at the main floor covered loggia, Betz created a series of terraces on five descending levels ending at the basement walkout. This allowed separate levels for a sitting area and spa, pool deck with chaise lounges plus a cabana level for entertaining and dining.

The dramatic focal point of the pool is the raised Wiarton ledgerock clad feature wall with a custom 6’ sheer descent waterfall. It is flanked by two Grand Effects Corinthian fire and water bowls with flames emanating from beds of blue glass beads.

This project was inspired by a modern architect who wanted a fine finish to compliment this stunning design. Durex Sandstone top coated with Durex Antico Glaze was selected to create a modern concrete like look with added depth.

The design of the overhead LED lighting is a work of art in itself. The depth of the bulkhead balances perfectly with the opacity of the white acrylic panels to create a smooth wash of light with no hot spots.
