This kitchen has a definite white and gray combo. The cabinets are maple finished with white paint. The full-wall backsplash is done with a linear mosaic glass - porcelain mix and the counter tops are granite.

Just because this white kitchen is small it still packs a punch. This "U shaped" Kitchen doesn't have any room for mistakes. Using a farmhouse sink, garden window, and a drawer dishwasher we maximized the space to its fullest potential. This butler's pantry is a great walk-thru area for the kitchen and dining room. The black cabinets are a great contrast to the white cabinets in the main kitchen. There are black cabinets in the pantry to complete the look.

This traditional kitchen is visual proof that adding in some elements of contemporary design does not have to feel cold. The space combines the bold, dark colors of the glass & stone mixed mosaic backsplash, with the clean white cabinetry that keeps the kitchen area looking airy and bright, even when the natural lighting doesn't reach the end of the long room.
