A monumental exterior fireplace and camp-style margarita bar add to this romantic living. Discreetly buried in the mission tile roof, solar panels help to offset the home's overall energy consumption. When entering the property, you are greeted by a peaceful flowing stream located along the front of the home, and a wooden foot bridge leading to the front door – now that’s curb appeal! Surrounding the rock-lined stream are beds of native plants, grasses, shrub roses for color and seasonal evergreens. The backyard displays a multi-level paver patio, enclosed with a natural stone retaining wall and steps that travel up to the outdoor kitchen, which is set into the home’s fireplace. Also residing in the backyard is a natural stone pool deck, creating a more informal setting.
