The main goals of this project was to make it more usable and enjoyable for the owner, to reduce maintenance and to created a covered area for enjoyment year-round. This design also kept the family's new puppy in mind - fencing it in for safety and planting with careful consideration of plants that are safe for dogs. The winding pathway for humans is reminiscent of a stream bed and there is also a narrow perimeter fence specifically for the pup! Ben Park

The homeowners spend much of their time at home relaxing in their second floor living room – with their dog and a book or an iPad. With its coffered ceilings, white-on-white color scheme, and the sun streaming in the floor-to-ceiling windows, the expansive room exudes peace. The additional painted built-in cabinet across from the fireplace helps frame the room.

This Pondless Waterfall project in York, PA includes a 65′ long waterfall and stream and a 35′ side stream and waterfall that will intersect the main stream. This pondless waterfall includes LED lighting throughout the feature and a land bridge about 6′ wide for the lawn mower to cross the water feature. The pondless waterfall will include driftwood and native rock to resemble PA native streams. The feature will vary in width for a natural look as well. This Project also includes a small flagstone patio area above the retaining wall near the water feature with natural stone steps that lead to a larger natural flagstone patio. The upper patio is complete with a pergola as well as a natural stone gas fed fire pit, as well as landscaping around the water feature and landscape lighting for night time viewing.

A custom work desk perfectly matches the curved windows for expansive views of Downtown, the Hudson River, and Uptown. The bedroom is a peaceful sanctuary for the soul, with soft colors and bedding to induce instant relaxation. Elegant bar chairs in the spacious open-concept kitchen reflect the calming feel of the rest of the home.

A modern luxury pool and outdoor living area addition to an expansive ranch property located in Celina, TX just a few minutes north of Dallas. This project created a large, infinity edge pool to enhance the dramatic views from the house to the rest of the ranch property. Details included are a glass tile infinity edge, perimeter overflow pool, concrete and ipe wood deck, raised overflow spa, fire pit seating area all enhanced by the addition of mature trees and native plantings.

Created for the Pasadena Showcase House of Design, partnering with Pacific Outdoor Living we took on the pond while they took on the pool. The goal was to create a water feature with the illusion of the pond flowing into the pool. It might look like it goes into the pool, but the stream on the pond side of the bridge is it’s own self contained unit. The waterfall on the pool side of the bridge is the chlorinated pool water tapped into the pool plumbing. This homeowner can now enjoy a natural koi pond with thriving aquatic plants that give their newly remodeled pool a unique look.
