LOFT | Luxury Loft Transformation | FOUR POINT DESIGN BUILD INC This ultra feminine luxury loft was designed for an up-and-coming fashion/travel writer. With 30' soaring ceiling heights, five levels, winding paths of travel and tight stairways, no storage at all, very little usable wall space, a tight timeline, and a very modest budget, we had our work cut out for us. Staircase - industrial staircase idea in San Francisco

Upstairs, the new mezzanine creates a more defined sleeping area while retaining the concrete ceiling and structure that give the loft its character. Built-in storage makes use of the perimeter so the central area can remain comfortable and uncluttered.

This large unused entry way is creatively transformed into a spacious private hideout perfect for hours of reading, playing, studying or seeking some solitude. The custom welded wrought iron railing ensures the hours spent among the comfortable pillows is safe while the bright colors and abundant sunshine guarantees those hours are filled with creativity and fun.

This home office was created from an outbuilding on the property. Seagrass wall-to-wall carpet was installed for ultimate durability and a relaxed vibe. We employed a high-low aesthetic to create a space that was unique but still within budget, utilizing the owner's Stickley desk, a custom desk chair, custom blush Roman shades, a Hudson Valley Fenwater chandelier and sconces, and multiple office items from budget sources like IKEA and The Container Store. C & J just completed another design by LEAP Architecture. Richard and Laurie wanted to bring a much brighter and more modern feel to their Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom, and Loft. We completely renovated their second floor, changing the floor plan, adding windows and doors, and installing streamline modern finishes to the space. The Master Bathroom includes a Floating Island Vanity, Fully Custom Shower, Custom Walnut Paneling and Built in Cabinetry in the closets.
