To make the space feel bigger, we used white paint everywhere and added recessed lights to the soffit area. The soffits couldn't be removed (plumbing and wiring + concrete ceilings). American Leather sectional, Mitchell Gold Chairs, Lucite cocktail table keeps the small living room area feeling open.

Swivel chairs are made with custom fabric which is a cut velvet texture. Side and cocktail tables are a mix of metal, glass and clear lucite. Custom drapery panels that frame the windows are fabricated from an embroidered linen in shades of blue on a white background. photos by Wing Wong

For a family with 2 young girls, they needed a space that was comfortable & usable yet stylish, so the built in's and fireplace in the family room were completely remodeled to provide a more current feel. The kitchen was updated with fun lights and bar stools while a family friendly banquette replaced a built in desk.
