We selected Hale Navy for the painted finish with an upscale recessed panel door. Honey bronze hardware is a nice contrast to the navy paint instead of an expected brushed silver. For storage, a grooming center to organize hair dryer, curling iron and brushes keeps everything in place for morning routines. On the opposite, a pull-out organizer outfitted with trays for smaller personal items keeps everything at the fingertips. I included a pull-out hamper to keep laundry and towels off the floor. Another design detail I like to include is drawers in the sink cabinets. It is much better to have drawers notched for the plumbing when organizing bathroom products instead of filling up a large base cabinet. The room already had beautiful windows and was bathed in naturel light from an existing skylight. I enhanced the natural lighting with some recessed can lights, a light in the shower as well as sconces around the mirrored medicine cabinets. This condo made us feel like we were on vacation, so we created a gorgeous nautical feel. Classic blue and white stripes make this room the perfect spot to crash.

The blue plastic bins were bought from the Dollar Store. Other items were from Home Goods and Target. Our main goal was to group like-kind items so our client can see what she has at all times. Makes shopping so much easier.

This was a new construction project where we partnered with a local builder to stage the home when it was ready for the market. On this particular home, we staged the main floor to make it more appealing to the target clientele of younger families with a contemporary and clean style. The effect of our staging is to generate more qualified buyers as well as increased offers in a shorter timeframe.

Surrounding the tree the play-yard offers an array of activities for these lucky children from the chalkboard walls to create amazing pictures to the custom ball wall to practice their skills, the custom myWall system provides endless options for the kids and parents to keep the space exciting and new. Rock holds easily clip into the wall offering ever changing climbing routes, custom water toys and games can also be adapted to the wall to fit the fun of the day. Storage: The myWall system offers various storage options including shelving, closed cases or hanging baskets all of which can be moved to alternate locations on the wall as the homeowners want to customize the play-yard. Growth: The myWall system is built to grow with the users whether it is with changing taste, updating design or growing children, all the accessories can be moved or replaced while leaving the main frame in place. The materials used throughout the space were chosen for their durability and ability to withstand the harsh conditions for many years. The tree also includes 3 levels of swings offering children of varied ages the chance to swing from the branches. Safety: Safety is of critical concern with any play-yard and a space in the harsh conditions of the desert presented specific concerns which were addressed with light colored materials to reflect the sun and reduce heat buildup and stainless steel hardware was used to avoid rusting. The myWall accessories all use a locking mechanism which allows for easy adjustments but also securely locks the pieces into place once set. The flooring in the treehouse was also textured to eliminate skidding.

With feedback from our target market in mind we included a large stand-up shower in the ensuite instead of a tub shower combo.

This kitchen was designed by Daniel Popescu from Bilotta’s NYC showroom. With a picturesque view of the ocean the kitchen is the ideal room in which to escape from the hustle and bustle of Manhattan. Featuring Bilotta Collection Cabinetry in a mix of natural walnut and white paint, the kitchen’s two main workspaces – the sink and the cooktop – look out towards the beach, making any meal enjoyable to prep and clean up from. The walnut island curves on one end and features a custom-made walnut and maple butcher block, perfect for serving a cheese board to guests or chopping up vegetables. The creative marble and walnut table off of the island creates a “his & hers” dining area when the rest of the family is out at the beach. With the added space, a larger island was added with seating for casual dining. An existing room off the kitchen now works as the main dining area and even houses a fireplace! Hardworking quartz countertops were used to keep maintenance easy, and professional style appliances were added for this home cook to really get cooking in the kitchen.
