This master bath remodel/addition is nothing but luxurious. With a soaking tub, steamer, and shower all in one wet-room, this bathroom contains all the necessary components for supreme relaxation. The double vanity and makeup station add an additional level of functionality to this space. This bathroom is a absolute dream.

These homeowners approached Renovisions to remodel their master bath. With their kids off at college it was time to do something for themselves. They wanted an elegant upscale look with a spacious shower with glass enclosure, a high-end whirlpool bathtub and custom built in for towels. Their existing tub presented a safety issue when they opened & closed the windows which were located directly behind the tub. The new design includes a free standing tub/whirlpool with custom rounded and removable wood panels to access electrical and plumbing components. This allows a safe pass way around the tub as well as a more open feel. The adjacent shower boasts a generous space with an open style created by the use of 3/8” shower glass enclosure on 2 sides. Custom cubbies and corner seat were built into the Crema marfil marble tiles.
12″x24″ porcelain tiles were installed in a herringbone pattern providing a beautiful and unique appearance setting a neutral stage to showcase the burgundy cherry custom vanities with beaded detail and matching tower with Victorian glass.
Crema Marfil marble countertops on the vanities and slab on tub featured ogee edges lending a real elegant feel to the room. The Piece de Resistance was the exquisite antique brass widespread faucets, hand held shower, shower head, matching antique brass accessories and cabinet hardware all decorated with Swarovski cut crystals.

A serenity room, tucked away next to the shower, is a warm, comfortable space for kicking your feet up and getting away from the stresses of the day.
A heated lounger, provided by Bradford Products, adds a spa-like feel. Comfortable and classy, this lounge chair was inspired by the client's recent trip on a cruise.
A Montigo L-series fireplace sits at the foot of the lounger, supplying ambient light and just the right amount of comfortable heat.
A heated floor is the cherry on top of this serenity room sundae.

Walk-in closet - mid-sized contemporary walk-in closet idea in Salt Lake City with flat-panel cabinets and white cabinets

A full guest suite with its own exterior and separate entry that can double as an in-law unit is placed near the garage entry and across the pool courtyard from the master suite. This separation helps frame the outdoor space and provides a feeling of independence. The design components are consistent with the rest of the home, including custom windows and doors, Ann Sacks ceramic tile, custom oak vanities and antique brass fixtures. The light fixture by Mooi, purchased from Design Within Reach, adds a unique and playful element to the space.

With views until forever, this beautiful custom designed home by MossCreek is an example of what creative design, unique materials, and an inspiring build site can produce. With Adirondack, Western, Cowboy, and even Appalachian design elements, this home makes extensive use of natural and organic design components with a little bit of fun thrown in. Truly a special home, and a sterling example of design from MossCreek. Photos: Todd Bush

Kitchen side of masonry heater with bake oven. The client wanted a rustic looking heater with two sides, one in the kitchen and one in the living room. The masonry heater heats the home with a small amount of wood. Gene Padgitt

Jeff and Lisa were a pleasure to work with, from the start. As we met to determine a design goal, we began to see that they wanted a warm and inviting bathroom. Their existing vanity was perfect to fit in their design.
Changing the wall paint from a pale yellow to grey allows the neutral tile to be the spotlight. In this project we removed the oversized short pony wall and bathtub. The dated travertine tile and flooring.
We built a raised drying platform, pony wall and used the existing window shelf as a new seat bench. The tiles used in this project offer a soft and calming retreat at the end of each day.
The shower wall tile is Ash from the Pave collection and the dry off and seat bench tile is Glow from the Touch series from Arizona Tile. Both collections are 12X24. The shower pan is a neutral pebble placed for a relaxing shower. Take a look at the before and after on this Ahwatukee master bathroom remodel.
The rain shower head is from The Delta Faucet company and is complimentary to the other metal components in the bathroom. A large niche in the new pony wall provides function and a place for large bottles to be stored.
Lastly, we installed a new floor throughout the master suite. The tile is called Porta Nouva from Arizona Tile. The color is a light greyish brown called Quercia. It was laid in a random pattern to look like a real wood floor.
