Photo Credit Landmark Photography. This house was designed to fit the shores of Lake Minnetonka’s Stubbs Bay. The exterior architecture has the feel of an old lake cottage home that’s been there for a century with modern day finishes. The interior has large Marvin windows with expansive views of the lake, walnut floors, extensive wood detailing in the custom cabinets, wainscot, beamed ceilings, and fireplace. Step out of the kitchen to a covered out door porch with phantom screens overlooking the lake. The master bedroom has a large private roof deck overlooking the lake as well. There is a private master bonus room accessed through the master closet. The four levels of the home are accessible by an elevator. The working butler’s pantry, which is accessible by both sides of the kitchen has a secondary sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, lots of storage, and yes windows for natural light, views of the lake, and air flow.

THE JASMINE: A 3BR/2.5BA open split plan that flows from the entry foyer through the open living area into the kitchen & dining area. The breakfast bar overlooks the living room creating the feel of more space. The private master suite has a luxurious bath with an oversized zero entry shower, jetted tub, separate vanities & a large walk-in closet. One wall within the master bath is covered in mosaic tile. The home also features wood floors, granite counters, and a large screened in patio with fireplace, office/computer room & much more. This breathtaking project by transFORM is just part of a larger renovation led by Becky Shea Design that transformed the maisonette of a historical building into a home as stylish and elegant as its owners. Attention to detail was key in the configuration of the master closets and dressing rooms. The women’s master closet greatly elevated the aesthetic of the space with the inclusion of posh items like ostrich drawer faces, jewelry-like hardware, a dedicated shoe section, and glass doors. The boutique-inspired LED lighting system notably added a luxe look that’s both polished and functional. The contemporary look of the men’s master closet meets office space is striking. Imported wood panels add a natural element to the design while making outstanding use of the residence’s high ceilings. A rolling ladder adds an industrial touch while granting access to the upper cabinetry of the unit.
