RenovisionsThis master bath ‘Renovision’ came with three main requests from the homeowner: more storage, a larger shower and a luxurious look that feels like being at an upscale hotel. The Renovisions team accomplished these wishes and exceeded the clients expectations.
Request number 1: more storage. The existing closet was reconfigured to accommodate better storage for towels and bath supplies making it both functional and attractive. The custom built pull-out hamper was perfect. The long vanity and center tower offers much more cabinet space and drawer storage compared to what they had, especially with the increased vanity height.
Request number 2: A larger shower. Working within the existing footprint we were able to build a shower that is nearly a foot deeper as space was available. Creating a large rectangular cubby provides plenty of space for shampoos and soaps. The frameless sliding glass shower enclosure keeps the space open and airy while allowing the beautiful Carrera-look porcelain wall tiles to be the focus of this master bath.
Request number 3: a luxurious look. Turning their once boring, builder grade bathroom into an upscale hotel-like space was challenging, however, not a problem for the Renovisions team and their creative ways of resolving design snags along the way. Re-locating the doorway to the bathroom was one way to create a more spacious flow in and out of the space. Having the right design to start was half the battle – installing the beautiful products right the first time to ensure a proper fit and finish worthy of the upscale feel is the other half. The delicate tile detail in the shower cubby is the ‘jewelry’ in the room – the soft curves of this 2-tone wave design tile adds a dramatic feel and enlightened mood this client loves.
Overall, the homeowner was happy with every solution-based approach to all requests – their once dated builders bath is now bright, open and airy with a soft grey wall color adding to the soothing feel of this master bath.
CairnsCraft Design & RemodelBefore we started, this master bathroom had an outdated vanity, bathtub, and a small shower. To open up space in this beautiful master bathroom, we removed the bathtub to allow for a modern shower. By the window, we created both storage and seating by adding a larger, double-vanity by the window. The blue accent wall contrasts beautifully with the white cabinet cabinets which are illuminated by the natural light brought in by the large window. This amazing master bathroom has everything a homeowner could want - it’s contemporary and functional with fantastic natural light!

Our award-winning design team went to work on this modern master suite remodel. We started with a new floor plan that includes larger windows, a walk-in closet, a new location for the expanded master bath and a separate laundry closet. We added new flooring in the master bedroom and a custom built-in drop zone (because we ALWAYS need drop-zones!), and incorporated the clean, high-end timeless finishes that our clients love. The floating vanity with wall-mounted faucets, large format tile and perfect lighting plan topped off the project. This new space is more tranquil than a spa retreat.

The client knew that they wanted a timeless, spa like master bathroom. They want the Master Bathroom to be a place they would be able to escape reality for a little while. The employees of A.E.S. helped them create their dream of timeless oasis by doing Black & White vanity, niche, and shower shelves (pictured below).

They decided to convert their existing master bedroom into a nursery and create a peaceful retreat for themselves by building an addition off the back of their home. Our journey together began with detailed planning, working closely with the architect to design a master bedroom suite that would offer comfort and functionality. Every aspect, from the room's layout to the bathroom's design, was carefully considered.
Budgeting was the next crucial step. We worked closely with our expectant clients to select high-quality materials while keeping costs within reach, ensuring the project stayed on track financially.
Construction started by preparing the site and laying a solid foundation. The team then moved on to framing the walls and installing plenty of windows to create a private wooded bedroom retreat. We added skylights to the beautiful vaulted ceiling so the couple could lie in bed and view the night sky. Attention to detail was paramount throughout the process.
Finally, the finishing touches brought the vision to life. An en suite, curbless shower, custom interior doors, paint, and luxury vinyl plank flooring were installed precisely as planned.

They imagined themselves in an oasis master suite bathroom. They wanted it all, open layout, soaking tub, large shower, private toilet area, and immaculate exotic stones, including stunning fixtures and all.
Our staff came in to help. It all started on the drawing board, tearing all of it down, knocking down walls, and combining space from an adjacent closet.
The shower was relocated into the space from the closet. A new large double shower with lots of amenities. The new soaking tub was placed under a large window on the south side.
The commode was placed in the previous shower space behind a pocket door, creating a long wall for double vanities.
This bathroom was rejuvenated with a large slab of Persian onyx behind the tub, stunning copper tub, copper sinks, and gorgeous tiling work.
Shower area is finished with teak foldable double bench and two rubber bronze rain showers, and a large mural of chipped marble on feature wall.
The large floating vanity is complete with full framed mirror under hanging lights.
Frosted pocket door allows plenty of light inside. The soft baby blue wall completes this welcoming and dreamy master bathroom.

Ten Key Home & Kitchen RemodelsOur clients had just purchased this house and had big dreams to make it their own. We started by taking out almost three thousand square feet of tile and replacing it with an updated wood look tile. That, along with new paint and trim made the biggest difference in brightening up the space and bringing it into the current style.
This home’s largest project was the master bathroom. We took what used to be the master bathroom and closet and combined them into one large master ensuite. Our clients’ style was clean, natural and luxurious. We created a large shower with a custom niche, frameless glass, and a full shower system. The quartz bench seat and the marble picket tiles elevated the design and combined nicely with the champagne bronze fixtures. The freestanding tub was centered under a beautiful clear window to let the light in and brighten the room. A completely custom vanity was made to fit our clients’ needs with two sinks, a makeup vanity, upper cabinets for storage, and a pull-out accessory drawer. The end result was a completely custom and beautifully functional space that became a restful retreat for our happy clients.
BB&R Design-BuildThis expansive, walk in shower with two different and customized shower heads and separate thermostatic valves for each user is quite the spa like retreat this couple requested. While this is a family bathroom, we wanted to give them a retreat away from the kids and the world whenever they could find the time.
With two wall mounted shower heads, a large shower bench seat, three niches for products and a hand held shower, it's a place to linger and enjoy with a loved one! The long, grey, wood plank floor tiles begin on the floor and carry up into the shower walls to create a clean, rustic, beach chic feel to the space.
Heated floors and anti fog mirrors complete the experience and gets one started off on the right foot for any day of the week!

This couple lived in their colonial home in Burke, Virginia, for more than 20 years. Now that their children were grown and gone, it was time for them to pay more attention to their home. First on their list was to renovate their master bathroom. Tight and dysfunctional is how they described the existing space.
The homeowners always dreamed of having a whirlpool, a large steam shower and a private toilet area. Importantly, they wanted to use the latest products and materials to bring the bathroom into the 21st Century.
Starting with exotic granite and porcelain tile from floor to ceiling, the new design does just that. Then, a highly sophisticated steam shower using granite benches, a heavy glass enclosure, chrome faucets and a rain shower head was installed. Modern body spray heads are embedded in the wall tiles. The shower is complemented by a bubble, jetted whirlpool tub with granite surrounds.
A modern double vanity with vessel sinks, a granite countertop, high end cabinets and stylish faucets rest along one wall. Custom-built, recessed mirrored medicine cabinets provide storage for necessities.
In the end, the homeowners are thrilled with the outcome and never imagined that their old and dark looking small bath could ever be transformed into such beautiful bathroom.
