In the living room, we added all new furniture which went through a very serious sit test to satissfy one of the home owners. Functionally every piece of upholstery is dog and wine proof despite being light colored. I kept the color pallette neutral with pops of yellow and blue which are two of their favourite colors. The artwork above the sofa was commissioned and brings the whole space together.

Walking through this property for the first time with the homeowner was interesting. We really do love historical properties and always want to see them returned to safe, comfortable, and very livable spaces. We saw a lot of opportunities in what some may have walked away from.
