Interior second floor master bathroom, featuring fully-glazed, dropped curb shower, rainshower head, Botteig Fantasy limestone waterfall countertops, tub deck, and shower bench, marble plank flooring, polished porcelain wall tiles, and view to separate WC stall with sliding glazed door.

The tub is a freestanding 100-gallon unit sitting on a platform of tile which mimics a wood appearance and mirrors the wood used on the vanity. This platform also creates a level and continuous floor with the shower area. The tub sits directly on the plumbing assembly eliminating the need for a set trap and eliminating the need for an access panel in the ceiling of the kitchen below.exudes hit exactly the mark that the clients were looking for.

Renovation of a classic Minneapolis bungalow included this family bathroom. An adjacent closet was converted to a walk-in glass shower and small sinks allowed room for two vanities. The mirrored wall and simple palette helps make the room feel larger. Playful accents like cow head towel hooks from CB2 and custom children's step stools add interest and function to this bathroom. The hexagon floor tile was selected to be in keeping with the original 1920's era of the home.
This bathroom used to be tiny and was the only bathroom on the 2nd floor. We chose to spend the budget on making a very functional family bathroom now and add a master bathroom when the children get bigger. While the owners are away the designers will play! This Bellevue craftsman stunner went through a large remodel while its occupants were living in Europe. Almost every room in the home was touched to give it the beautiful update it deserved. A vibrant yellow front door mixed with a few farmhouse touches on the exterior provide a casual yet upscale feel. From the craftsman style millwork seen through out, to the carefully selected finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms, to a dreamy backyard retreat, it is clear from the moment you walk through the door not a design detail was missed.
Being a busy family, the clients requested a great room fit for entertaining. A breakfast nook off the kitchen with upholstered chairs and bench cushions provides a cozy corner with a lot of seating - a perfect spot for a "kids" table so the adults can wine and dine in the formal dining room. Pops of blue and yellow brighten the neutral palette and create a playful environment for a sophisticated space. Painted cabinets in the office, floral wallpaper in the powder bathroom, a swing in one of the daughter's rooms, and a hidden cabinet in the pantry only the adults know about are a few of the elements curated to create the customized home my clients were looking for.

The homeowners' dreamed of an Ofuro style soaking tub. We worked together to make that a reality. Our employees custom milled a surround of Ofuro cedar for the soaking tub. The steps are removable for cleaning and to lessen the occurrence of trapped moisture. The shelves are also custom cedar with a "fish scale" tile backing. A cedar shelf holds the mirrors. The vanity is floating with a toe kick light. The wood bench in the corner was custom made with a live edge from a tree from another job site.

We designed and renovated a Mid-Century Modern home into an ADA compliant home with an open floor plan and updated feel. We incorporated many of the homes original details while modernizing them. We converted the existing two car garage into a master suite and walk in closet, designing a master bathroom with an ADA vanity and curb-less shower. We redesigned the existing living room fireplace creating an artistic focal point in the room. The project came with its share of challenges which we were able to creatively solve, resulting in what our homeowners feel is their first and forever home.
This beautiful home won three design awards:
• Pro Remodeler Design Award – 2019 Platinum Award for Universal/Better Living Design
• Chrysalis Award – 2019 Regional Award for Residential Universal Design
• Qualified Remodeler Master Design Awards – 2019 Bronze Award for Universal Design

This was a major Master Suite remodel. It has it all; a large walk-in shower, a spa tub with TV, bench seats both in the shower and by the tub, his and hers storage, a walk-in closet, heated floors everywhere and a flood of light.
