We completed this beautiful two tone kitchen in 2024. Our client's had a limited kitchen space and needed to open it up more and most of all, add more functional storage space. We also updated the tiling flooring from the kitchen to the foyer and updated the foyer closet space, along with the flooring vents. Lastly, we installed a new patio door entrance to the backyard, allowing a lot more natural light into the kitchen space!

This basement remodel came from a large intrusion of water and failure of the previous system they had installed to help prevent water from entering into the basement. We ended up having to dig up around the entire exterior foundation of the home and redo the drainage and water proof the foundation and then remove all flooring on the interior and tear up the slab on grade and redo all the drainage inside and repour the slab and then install this stunning pre engineered hardwood flooring back over all the interior surface of this basement to finish it off so the owners would have a excellent finish to their basement spaces. We completed this beautiful bathroom renovation early January 2024. Our client has been gradually updating their home and felt the bathroom was one of the more pivotal spaces needing an update (the home had never been renovated since it was built in the 60s). The original alcove tub felt closed in and congested so we decided to change to a corner tub with a corner glass to give the space a more open feeling. The MDF painted vanity was built custom to fit our clients traditional tastes. An interesting feature in this project was the tub overflow, which is a new OS&B product that allows for the overflow to serve as a filler for a spoutless look.

The Lenny is perhaps one of our most iconic designs that will have your friends and family asking where you got it. This lounge chair uses a clever combination of curves that create a special and unique look that can work with any decor. The Lenny is a custom made piece of furniture crafted by the world-renowned Spanish manufacturer Famaliving. This armchair can be upholstered in a vast array of colors and fabric patterns, including leather, that can match any decor. The frame of the Lenny is crafted from pine wood and MDF construction making it very durable.
