The media room features a wool sectional and a pair of vintage Milo Baughman armchairs reupholstered in a snappy green velvet. All upholstered items were made with natural latex cushions wrapped in organic wool in order to eliminate harmful chemicals for our eco and health conscious clients (who were passionate about green interior design). The entry herringbone floor pattern leads way to a wine room that becomes the jewel of the home with a viewing window from the dining room that displays a wine collection on a floating stone counter lit by Metro Lighting. The hub of the home includes the kitchen with midnight blue & white custom cabinets by Beck Allen Cabinetry, a quaint banquette & an artful La Cornue range that are all highlighted with brass hardware. The kitchen connects to the living space with a cascading see-through fireplace that is surfaced with an undulating textural tile.

The Butlers Pantry is home to the house management area. The homeowner has an area for the mail that enters the home and the drawers have filing inside to keep paperwork organized. There is also a double garbage can for recycling found in this area. The homeowner keeps an ipad easily accessible and has charging stations in the drawers for additional electronics.
