This kitchen was created with StarMark Cabinetry's Bedford door style in Cherry finished in a cabinet color called Harvest. The island was created with the Bedford door style in Cherry finished in a dark cabinet color called Java. The sideboard has both colors.

Even an older cupboard can blend into a furnished kitchen. Separate pieces allow for a greater variety of style, shape and color than normal kitchens that have continuous cabinetry and counter tops.

Dura Supreme Cabinetry’s new "Weathered" finishes were introduced in September and already, beautiful kitchens and baths are being created with these unique looks! Dura Supreme’s new Weathered finishes are available in a variety of colors and have a uniquely textured surface that looks and feels like driftwood or weathered wood that has been reclaimed as furniture.
One popular way to introduce this intriguing finish into a kitchen design is to use it as an accent. A Weathered finish makes a beautiful counterpoint on an island or hood within a crisp, white painted kitchen. In the kitchen pictured below, Dura Supreme’s Weathered "E" finish on Cherry was selected for the hood, the island, and the hutch, while Classic White Paint was selected for the rest of the kitchen.

This Craftsman style kitchen displays warm earth tones between the cabinetry and various stone details. Richly stained quartersawn red oak cabinetry in a shaker door style feature simple mullion details and dark metal hardware. Slate backsplash tiles, granite countertops, and a marble sink complement each other as stunning natural elements. Mixed metals bridge the gap between the historical Craftsman style and current trends, creating a timeless look.

This gray and transitional kitchen remodel bridges the gap between contemporary style and traditional style. The dark gray cabinetry, light gray walls, and white subway tile backsplash make for a beautiful, neutral canvas for the bold teal blue and yellow décor accented throughout the design.
Designer Gwen Adair of Cabinet Supreme by Adair did a fabulous job at using grays to create a neutral backdrop to bring out the bright, vibrant colors that the homeowners love so much.
This Milwaukee, WI kitchen is the perfect example of Dura Supreme's recent launch of gray paint finishes, it has been interesting to see these new cabinetry colors suddenly flowing across our manufacturing floor, destined for homes around the country. We've already seen an enthusiastic acceptance of these new colors as homeowners started immediately selecting our various shades of gray paints, like this example of “Storm Gray”, for their new homes and remodeling projects!
Dura Supreme’s “Storm Gray” is the darkest of our new gray painted finishes (although our current “Graphite” paint finish is a charcoal gray that is almost black). For those that like the popular contrast between light and dark finishes, Storm Gray pairs beautifully with lighter painted and stained finishes.

Reminisce about your favorite beachfront destination and your mind’s eye evokes a serene, comfortable cottage with windows thrown open to catch the air and the relaxing sound of waves nearby. In the shade of the porch, a hammock sways invitingly in the breeze.
The color palette is simple and clean, with hues of white, like sunlight reflecting off sand, and blue-grays, the color of sky and water. Wood surfaces have soft painted finishes or a scrubbed-clean, natural wood look. “Cottage” styling is carefree living, where every element conspires to create a casual environment for comfort and relaxation.
This cottage-inspired kitchen features Antique White painted cabinetry. These soft hues bring in the clean and simplicity of Cottage Style. As for hardware, bin pulls are a popular choice and make working in the kitchen much easier.
