Taking inspiration from the Pacific Northwest, this home in the Washington D.C suburbs features a black exterior with warm natural woods. Multiuse home gym - large contemporary brown floor multiuse home gym idea with beige walls

Set in Montana's tranquil Shields River Valley, the Shilo Ranch Compound is a collection of structures that were specifically built on a relatively smaller scale, to maximize efficiency. The main house has two bedrooms, a living area, dining and kitchen, bath and adjacent greenhouse, while two guest homes within the compound can sleep a total of 12 friends and family. There's also a common gathering hall, for dinners, games, and time together. The overall feel here is of sophisticated simplicity, with plaster walls, concrete and wood floors, and weathered boards for exteriors. The placement of each building was considered closely when envisioning how people would move through the property, based on anticipated needs and interests. Sustainability and consumption was also taken into consideration, as evidenced by the photovoltaic panels on roof of the garage, and the capability to shut down any of the compound's buildings when not in use.

The 13' solid cherry countertop was stained to match the hardwood floors. The cabinet doors and drawers are a Shaker style, and feature brush oil rubbed bronze cup pulls and knobs for the hardware. The built-ins and trim are painted with Sherwin Williams Alabaster. On the walls we used Sherwin Williams Repose Gray.

For those who want more of a good thing, we offer our Tealight 4 plan. This is the only Tealight home design that comes standard with three bedrooms (which can easily become four) plus a loft. You’ll see that the living room, kitchen and other spaces are just a bit more, well, spacious. You may also notice that the master bedroom is placed over the garage. This arrangement not only expands the upstairs, it lets you monitor when your teenager gets home at night. Which is also a good thing.

Our RCA barn designs are all pre-engineered wooden kits that make barn raising quicker and easier! Our Clydesdale, Haymaker and Teton horse barns are our roomiest barns available. Designed in 14 foot increments instead of 12 foot, with an expanded footprint and soaring 35 foot peak roofline height.
