Simply concrete steps and path provide visual continuity to the structure of the home as well as easy navigation throughout the property. Rather than making the walkway a focal point Unique Companies designers wisely chose to create form and function from a simple material. The wow factor is clearly what is to be discovered at the top of the steps.

What appears to be a reflecting pool at the edge of the covered patio is actually a custom spa with a negative edge and a beautiful stacked stone water feature. Lighting makes this feature a focal point at night as the water dances over the stone.

This Infinity / Rimless Edge pool is set inside a pond. Pool has full length steps. Pond Edge coping is Smoke Gray Granite with a honed finish. Pool interior is a French Gray Pebblesheen finish.
