The transformation from a registered landslide hillside to a stunning garden oasis, is truly breathtaking. The pool was updated and the Corten steel arbor cleverly cantilevered on this 5 acre property. Using a crib wall system (Slope Block) allowed us to create lush terraces from toe to top - garden pathways lined with boulders create the illusion they were always there. The Slope Block was acid stained and planted so they eye can see just a hint of the bones through the lush California and Australian native plants and trees.

Removed a wall and opened up an entry wider to the kitchen from hallway. Gutted old kitchen and installed new custom cabinetry with laminate counter tops. New stainless steel appliances, double bowl stainless steel sink with arctic stainless pull out faucet with matching soap dispenser. Bronze hardware was installed for the cabinetry as well as under cabinet lighting, Installed a new Vector vinyl double hung window. Artisan Equart 3" x 8" Glass tile backsplash - Color: Aqua. This is a small walk-in closet in the master bedroom painted in a nice turquoise color with dark wood flooring and white product. Closet has plenty of shoe storage, long hang, double hang, chrome rods and accessories. We also included a few jewelry trays in the design with some drawer locks. The white works well with a bright background color. We alway recommend to paint the closet space before we come in and install.

Customer contacted Allwood Cabinets to remodel a small kitchen in a vintage ranch. A brick wall was removed and replaced with a beam to expand the kitchen to gain an additional 3-4 feet in the kitchen. Old plywood cabinets were replaced with solid maple cabinets. The main cabinets were natural with a chocolate glaze and the peninsula was stained espresso. The heartwood pine floors were sanded and refinished.

In this contemporary bathroom, we eliminated the bath tub to expand both the closet and the shower, creating a 7x4 shower. We also upgraded the vanity, doing 2 sink bases with a large drawer bank and tower. We paired Kitchencraft Textured Shale slab cabinets with a Cesarstone Quartz top, a Marazzi Vesta Gray floor tile set in a pinwheel pattern, and Design Materials Provenza W-Age 6x24 tile in the shower paired with American Olean VIsionaire accent tile. We used Kraus Ilusio brushed nickle faucets, and Delta shower trim, including a rainhead, 4 body sprayers, and a detachable arm. FOr the vanity lights we used the LBL Oliver series, and paired it with a Chandalier from Varaluz.
