Our clients were looking for a way to update this original bathroom in their 1940's home for their twin girls. We had the challenge of keeping all of the original tile, and adding colors and frills to make the bathroom more girly. Built from the ground up on 80 acres outside Dallas, Oregon, this new modern ranch house is a balanced blend of natural and industrial elements. The custom home beautifully combines various materials, unique lines and angles, and attractive finishes throughout. The property owners wanted to create a living space with a strong indoor-outdoor connection. We integrated built-in sky lights, floor-to-ceiling windows and vaulted ceilings to attract ample, natural lighting. The master bathroom is spacious and features an open shower room with soaking tub and natural pebble tiling. There is custom-built cabinetry throughout the home, including extensive closet space, library shelving, and floating side tables in the master bedroom. The home flows easily from one room to the next and features a covered walkway between the garage and house. One of our favorite features in the home is the two-sided fireplace – one side facing the living room and the other facing the outdoor space. In addition to the fireplace, the homeowners can enjoy an outdoor living space including a seating area, in-ground fire pit and soaking tub.

Louis G. Weiner Photography - This powder room started as a design disaster before receiving a stunning transformation. It was green, dark, and dreary and stuck in an outdated Southwestern theme (complete with gecko lizard décor.) We knew they needed help fast. Our clients wish was to have a modern, sophisticated bathroom with a little pizzazz. The design required a full demo and included removing the heavy soffit in order to lift the room. To bring in the bling, we chose a unique concave and convex tile to be installed from floor to ceiling. The elegant floating vanity is finished with white quartz countertops and a large vessel sink. The mercury glass pendants in the corner lend a soft glow to the room. Simple and stylish new hardware, commode and porcelain tile flooring play a supporting role in the overall impact. The stars of this powder room are the geometric foil wallpaper and the playful moose trophy head; which pays homage to the clients’ Canadian heritage.

Blue glass pebble tile covers the back wall of this master bath vanity. Shades of blue and teal are the favorite choices for this client's home, and a private patio off the tub area gives the opportunity for intimate relaxation.

Removed existing pool to make way for new pool and outdoor living area. Worked in conjunction with Kathy Mouallem, Artful Design. Client wanted areas for relaxation and to give it a resort feel for their friends/families and many visitors.

A cramped master bath was opened up with a larger glass shower and coordinating tile throughout the space. New countertops, lighting, and a large mirror enhance the space even more.
