The Display feature incorporates a little bit of the services we provide. We featured different aspects of outdoor living. The first thing to catch your eye is a fairly large-scale water feature. The water feature consist of a ecosystem pond. The water starts to flow from a spillway bowl fountain. The spillway pours into the bog filter. The water then flows down various cascading waterfalls. The waterfalls and pond were constructed out of 2 different types of boulders. We did this to show various options available. There is a gigantic boulder fountain that is incorporated into the pond as well. There is a skimmer in the pond the show functionality. The pond then flows over a zero edge waterfall into a large basin. Atop the basin is 3 fountains. 2 bubbling urn fountains as well as fire bowl fountain. The patio area incorporates different styles and colors of pavers. Along with different styles of boarders. There is 2 seating walls on either side of the patio area. Each seating wall has a mixture of stone and brick veneer and topped with flagstone caps. There is a very unique shed next to the patio area. Surrounding the patio are we installed an outdoor audio system as well. This system cranks out some serious sound. Stop by and have a listen! The entire project area is outfitted with landscape lighting. We incorporated up-lights, wall lights, path lights, and a couple spot lights. The entire water feature also has underwater lighting installed. Landscaping was installed around the project to finished it off. Handmade tile lends itself well to Craftsman, Arts & Crafts and Mission style homes. Due to being glazed by hand you get rich variation in color in addition to having access to some of the most beautiful colors around. At 4500 sf this home has a very unique floor plan. Standing in the double height entry foyer, guests enjoy views throughout the home spiraling off from this central orientation point. The Living room ceilings sweep upwards in a graceful S-curve, unveiling the beautiful Sonoran desert views through the two story high window wall, facing north towards the mountains while taking advantage of the northern view solar orientation. Study this floor plan and you will begin to understand the unique, curvaceous journey one takes passing from Bedrooms to Living to Dining and Kitchen spaces. The exterior has been designed to wrap around the home, like a blanket in the breeze, offering protection from the intense summer sun, while providing interesting geometric lines shaping the very comfortable spaces inside...when it's all said and done, the home needs to speak to the occupants, and be at peace with the site.

This kitchen went from white washed oak with wallpaper to cherry modern and sophisticated. We took out the 2 islands and created one center island with counter seating areas. We replaced all of the cabinets with Waypoint cabinets in a rich cherry finish and topped them with Cambria Ella counter tops. The eye catching iridescent mosaic tile back splash finishes off the transitional look. We tied the open kitchen and living area together with the living room built-ins and a new fireplace surround. The area got new oak hardwood floors in a grey stain. We love how this kitchen and living room came to life with a total makeover! The Plymouth was designed to fit into the existing architecture vernacular featuring round tapered columns and eyebrow window but with an updated flair in a modern farmhouse finish. This home was designed to fit large groups for entertaining while the size of the spaces can make for intimate family gatherings. The interior pallet is neutral with splashes of blue and green for a classic feel with a modern twist. Off of the foyer you can access the home office wrapped in a two tone grasscloth and a built in bookshelf wall finished in dark brown. Moving through to the main living space are the open concept kitchen, dining and living rooms where the classic pallet is carried through in neutral gray surfaces with splashes of blue as an accent. Inspiration for a transitional family room remodel in Chicago

This room is so beautiful I had to use it as my website home page. The antique area rug is a family heirloom in which we based the whole modern craftsman design around. The homeowners original interior colors where fall colors in warm reds, yellows and greens. The wanted a lighter palette. We started by adding a cream colored sofa and loveseat. The custom plaid ottoman has two descrete drawers that pull out to hold drinks when one is laying on the sofa. An excellent and convenient feature. A round end table was placed in between the two rectangular shaped furnishings to break up the straight lines in the room. I also bought in some black color to add depth. Decorative pillows with a tan pattern add a nice design element to the room. The table lamp was sourced at a local antique mall and I had a black silk custom shade made for a touch of elegance. Plus, when the lamp is lit that shade gives off the best light. Art from a local artist and an antique ship painting compliment this room very well. This room to me is just perfect.

Three of these gorgeous outdoor sconces light up the balcony each evening. A separate light sensor is located in another area and triggers the lights to come on at dusk and off at sunrise. They are dimmable so city views are not compromised at night. They provide just the right amount of evening light on the balcony which surrounds the entire apartment.
