Custom white grommet bunk beds model white gray bedding, a trundle feature and striped curtains. A wooden ladder offers a natural finish to the bedroom decor around shiplap bunk bed trim. Light gray walls in Benjamin Moore Classic Gray compliment the surrounding color theme while red pillows offer a pop of contrast contributing to a nautical vibe. Polished concrete floors add an industrial feature to this open bedroom space.

This homage to prairie style architecture located at The Rim Golf Club in Payson, Arizona was designed for owner/builder/landscaper Tom Beck. This home appears literally fastened to the site by way of both careful design as well as a lichen-loving organic material palatte. Forged from a weathering steel roof (aka Cor-Ten), hand-formed cedar beams, laser cut steel fasteners, and a rugged stacked stone veneer base, this home is the ideal northern Arizona getaway. Expansive covered terraces offer views of the Tom Weiskopf and Jay Morrish designed golf course, the largest stand of Ponderosa Pines in the US, as well as the majestic Mogollon Rim and Stewart Mountains, making this an ideal place to beat the heat of the Valley of the Sun. A spacious, L-shaped Maple vanity with Dove finish offers double the amount of storage space. The new Viaterra quartz looks classic and is easy to maintain. Custom-made Ghost Wood mirrors and floating shelves fabricated out of distressed wood and galvanized piping create focal points amongst the clean white selections. Gorgeous Eramosa Ice ceramic tile floors add a splash of silver. The new shower feels much larger even though it’s in the existing footprint. A special shaving niche was placed 6” off the ground. The basketweave tile floor adds some geometric interest in the otherwise clean, white space.

Behind the central wall in the home is the private zone of the condo. A queen-sized bed is lofted over a built-in desk, bookshelves, laundry, and closet.
