Globe Electric's Annecy Semi-Flush Mount Ceiling Light is a stunning light that would be great for an entranceway or main hallway so it can be seen when walking into your home. The oil-rubbed bronze finish pairs perfectly with the weathered look of the seeded glass shades to make this piece the epitome of rustic design. The clear glass means you can update the look of the fixture at any time simply by changing the bulb. Check out Globe Electric's assortment of designer vintage Edison bulbs to create a look that is truly your own. Includes all mounting hardware for quick and easy installation and requires three E26/medium base 60-watt bulbs (sold separately).

A modular sectional sofa with custom silk pillows anchors the low-profile living seating arrangement. A large cowhide hide is flanked by contemporary lounge chairs and tempered glass and iron tables. The wall seen behind the couch features an original abstract painting produced by the designer, above an antique French console.
A chrome and glass pendant light sets the stage in the stepped entry landing. A bent glass console table and a custom wall clock now sit where a bedroom doorway was eliminated. The walls are painted Sandy Hook Gray a tough walls flat latex with trim painted in White Dove a satin oil-based impervex enamel.

This gorgeous wide plank antique Oak is our most requested floor! With dramatic widths ranging from 6 to 12 inches (14 inches in some cases), you can easily bring an old-world charm into your home. This product comes to you completely pre-finished and ready to install.
We start by hand sanding the surface, beveling the edges ever so slightly, and being careful to preserve the historical integrity of the planks. Typically, about 80% of your flooring will be "Smooth" with the remaining 20% having a slight texture from the original saw kerfs. This material will also have nail holes, knots, and checks which only adds to the unique character.
Next, we apply Waterlox, a tung oil based sealant with or without stain added. Finally, 3 coats of Vermont Polywhey finish are added with a hand buffing between coats. The result is a luxurious satiny finish that you can only get from Historic Flooring!

Revient provided the Antique Chestnut flooring for this customer in their kitchen remodel. They used an oil-based finish to make the grain pop.
Customer Testimonial:
"When the Chestnut flooring arrived I thought it was so beautiful I almost cried! And now that it has been installed, we receive so many compliments. I reached out to several companies, and Revient was the most prompt and professional from start to finish. A pleasure to work with and very helpful in narrowing down what product of theirs would work best for our design and lifestyle through their sampling process."

Here are some recommendations for keeping your countertop beautiful for a good time. Like every wood, maintenance depends a lot on how it is used. No matter what kind of sealant we apply liquids always win (with only one exception, an epoxy coating that looks like plastic, not very attractive).
- I recommend always using coasters, keeping hot pans away from the surface, and never letting water sits on them.
- For cleaning just a light mixture of soap and water and NEVER use harsh products like comet or Scotch Bright pads.
If you follow the recommendations the countertop will look fresh and clean for at least 2 years and then you may want to consider re-sanding and coating again which is super easy with Rubio Monocoat oil finish.
There is also a great maintenance oil developed by Rubio Monocoat - “Rubio Monocoat Renew” that refreshes, restores, and protects surfaces treated with Rubio Monocoat Oil Plus 2C (the one we use for all our furniture).
It’s recommended whenever the surface feels too dry or rough and it is super easy to apply in 3 steps:
1- Clean and dry the surface
2- Apply the oil using cloth rags, brush, or sponge
3- With kitchen tissue or cotton cloth remove all the excess oil within 10-15 min.
The surface should be dry after 6-8 hours.
