The rear of the house is now completely open to the backyard. We custom designed the 25-foot wide telescoping doors seen here. The existing pool was re-surfaced and tiled, and the concrete pool deck is all new. We designed the interior and exterior home renovation, as well as all hardscape and landscape.

Keep dirty clothes out of sight with a flip-open hamper tucked neatly behind a cabinet door. Sturdy chrome baskets keep lights and darks sorted to streamline the laundry process.

We had recently completed construction of September nightclub for this same client, a bachelor and also the contractor. He liked the speed and economy of using the reclaimed old timbers, decking and utility poles. He also liked the massive and somewhat abstracted antique feeling, and combined with old brick, blackish brown pavers, weathered copper fascias, stainless steel and raw silk upholstered walls, was appropriately outrageous for his bachelor personality. Basically a fairly elaborate one bedroom house on a large and magnificent waterfront site in a small exclusive island community in the middle of Ft. Lauderdale, and decorated with a collection of more than a dozen original works by the artist Jean Miro. Read More

A custom pergola, privacy panels. the list goes on. What a difference a couple months make.

When we couldn't find a slab table in just the right finish, we had this one stained just the way we wanted and added a custom table base to emulate the outrageously expensive styles found at Hudson Furniture... for a LOT less :) Another great reason to have an interior designer by your side!
