The client, an HOA had four pocket parks in their neighborhood that were put in several years ago with a limited collection of plants and style. The HOA wanted to update the parks with more drama, but also on a strict budget. We used many of the existing plants but added focal shrubs and trees that over time would bring the gardens a sense of enchantment.

Another highlight of the pool is the 5’ x7’ spa which can be accessed from the deck or the shallow portion of the pool. When the spa is not in use it serves as a secondary water feature with water spilling quietly over the grey tile ledges back into the pool.

64 year old Dad and 14 year old daughter. Apartment. Limited Budget. Only thing I had to work with was the sofa and ottoman. They wanted "Happy" . I had to create a space where both Dad and Daughter would feel comfortable, especially the daughter, having friends over.

This pool has elegant wide-tread custom vinyl over steel walk-in steps. The steps, adjoining spa seats and tanning shelf, are all lightly padded to provide comfort and prevent slipping. The pool’s blue pebble liner contrasts beautifully with the modern square-edge Algonquin stone coping.

This bathroom went thru a huge transformation. We were limited in what we could do because of the over sized window over the tub but the final product was stunning. We took out the old recessed tub for a free standing tub, added decorative wainscoting to add visual interest. We tired the vanity and went with a beautiful grey,beige and brown tone color scheme in the tiles and walls.
