This boathouse has lots of architectural features such as the walk bridge and arched pathway, custom made arched windows, and an eyebrow arched opening into the attic. Future plans for this project include eyebrow false dormers on the roof, copper roofing, and stone fascia. The walk bridge will have concrete balustrade railings.

Reico Kitchen & BathDesigned by Angie Barwin of Reico Kitchen & Bath in Woodbridge, VA in collaboration with Potomac Home Improvements, this bold traditional-style inspired master bathroom remodel features Merillat Classic cabinets in the Seneca Ridge raised panel door style in a Pecan finish. Bathroom vanity tops are Q by MSI in the color Bedrock.
The tile featured in the bathroom is by Atlas Tile and features Levoni Gotica Brown in both 12x24 and 12x12 tiles, with accents in Lunada Bay Origami Nami in Ippei Pearl with Woodhouse Pencil in Bancha Natural.
Said the client, "Our new bathroom is such a relaxing and beautiful place. Angie was perfect for giving us ideas, taking our initial thoughts and creating an outstanding design to fulfill our vision of a dream bathroom."
Added Angie, "This space incorporates all five major design elements: space, texture, light, color and pattern. One of the things I relished was that they did not shy away from color. The room truly reflects their warm personalities. The clients' key must have was a large whirlpool bathtub. We incorporated this into the space as a focal point of their beautiful bay window, accenting and framing the area with tile. My client added their own personal touches with the beautiful Turkish pending lighting over the tub."

These shelves come complete with a Hovr hardware kit for easy installation and can withstand a heavy weight limit. The patent pending Hovr floating brackets are like no other and can support up to 300lbs depending on the size of the shelf. They are also very easy to install and are similar to a French cleat mounting system. The bracket installed onto the wall does not have any pre drilled holes in order to allow the installer to place them accordingly.

ABC Kitchen and BathWith an outdated kitchen, the owners were in desperate need to change the look of their favorite section of the house. Our team started suggesting lighter colors for the cabinets, new hardware, and new fixtures including storage systems allowing efficient usage of the space. One of the highlights of the project was the stove section, where we added a beautiful porcelain tile for the backsplash and a brand new kitchen hood, that not only serve better in functionality but complemented the desired look of the kitchen. Finally, we add new pending lights on their freshly renovated kitchen island.

Mastercraft Wood & HardwareComplete remodeled house, kitchen design, rendering and fabrication. This traditional look kitchen was executed to detail. Wood painted in white cabinets with half moon handles gives the farm style look to this nice and spacious kitchen.
Reveal Design LLCThis Chicago rooftop deck has a wide open skyline view, and was a blank slate slate when we started the design. The aluminum powder coated pergola is lit up at night underneath and screen with illuminated 3-Form panels to create a separation from the rest of the rooftop deck. On top of the pergola there are retractable shade canopies from ShadeTree that can be opened and closed with ease pending on time of year and weather. They block the sun but not the rain. The walls are sleek and contemporary using composite boards from Lumberock. The decking is modular ceramic tile and Lumberock decking. There is an aluminum fire table from Ore Inc in the center of the lounge area and some acrylic screening to help with privacy and wind. This clean and contemporary rooftop is on single family home in Wicker Park. Finally there is a dog friendly lounge and turf area with a great view of the sunset. The planter boxes are aluminum and hand made by Ore Inc.
Tempest TorchThe Tempest Torch was created as an outdoor lighting and outdoor furnishing/accessory for a wide array of exterior settings and applications. The display possibilities are nearly endless: outdoor lighting for living spaces, walkway pillars, mounted onto moveable stainless steel columns, atop stone pillars or deck posts, or attached to any building's exterior for outdoor lighting. The Tempest Torch's innovation comes from its patent-pending torch technology that requires no mechanical or electrical means. Its no-power draft system simply utilizes the Venturi Effect for its unique flame appearance.

Birdseye BuildingBank Barn is located on a sloping meadow in Woodstock, Vermont. Conceptually inspired by the regional barns built into the banks of hills, Bank Barn was designed and built by Birdseye and features an open living space with a custom steel floating staircase connecting the three levels of the private residence.
Drawing from an electricity-based energy system with geothermal heating and cooling through water-to-water and water-to-air systems, Bank Barn was designed to be a net-zero residence pending a future 18 kw solar array.
