A unique one-of-a-kind boathouse on beautiful Lake Pend Oreille in North Idaho. This project is still under construction. The stone work is a Kaniksu blend that is sourced from Montana. This boathouse has lots of architectural features such as the walk bridge and arched pathway, custom made arched windows, and an eyebrow arched opening into the attic. Future plans for this project include eyebrow false dormers on the roof, copper roofing, and stone fascia. The walk bridge will have concrete balustrade railings. This project is located in beautiful Sagle Idaho right on the lake.

Bathroom vanity tops are Q by MSI in the color Bedrock. The tile featured in the bathroom is by Atlas Tile and features Levoni Gotica Brown in both 12x24 and 12x12 tiles, with accents in Lunada Bay Origami Nami in Ippei Pearl with Woodhouse Pencil in Bancha Natural. Said the client, "Our new bathroom is such a relaxing and beautiful place. Angie was perfect for giving us ideas, taking our initial thoughts and creating an outstanding design to fulfill our vision of a dream bathroom." Added Angie, "This space incorporates all five major design elements: space, texture, light, color and pattern. One of the things I relished was that they did not shy away from color. The room truly reflects their warm personalities. The clients' key must have was a large whirlpool bathtub. With an outdated kitchen, the owners were in desperate need to change the look of their favorite section of the house. Our team started suggesting lighter colors for the cabinets, new hardware, and new fixtures including storage systems allowing efficient usage of the space. One of the highlights of the project was the stove section, where we added a beautiful porcelain tile for the backsplash and a brand new kitchen hood, that not only serve better in functionality but complemented the desired look of the kitchen. Finally, we add new pending lights on their freshly renovated kitchen island.

Inspiration for a transitional kitchen remodel in New York

Complete remodeled house, kitchen design, rendering and fabrication. This traditional look kitchen was executed to detail. Wood painted in white cabinets with half moon handles gives the farm style look to this nice and spacious kitchen.

This Chicago rooftop deck has a wide open skyline view, and was a blank slate slate when we started the design. The aluminum powder coated pergola is lit up at night underneath and screen with illuminated 3-Form panels to create a separation from the rest of the rooftop deck. On top of the pergola there are retractable shade canopies from ShadeTree that can be opened and closed with ease pending on time of year and weather. They block the sun but not the rain. The walls are sleek and contemporary using composite boards from Lumberock. The decking is modular ceramic tile and Lumberock decking. There is an aluminum fire table from Ore Inc in the center of the lounge area and some acrylic screening to help with privacy and wind. This clean and contemporary rooftop is on single family home in Wicker Park. Finally there is a dog friendly lounge and turf area with a great view of the sunset. The planter boxes are aluminum and hand made by Ore Inc.
