We are excited to share our latest project a Modern Farmhouse. Our client loves East Coast style this was fun to create with the best bones we had to just select phenomenal materials to make this space look fantastic! Center stage is this great window with a view of a backyard oasis. The cabinetry is special and unique with doors that you can’t find everywhere. Take a close look at the details!!
We blocked out the corner of the kitchen where the subzero refrigerator freezer is located to create a space for the pullout pantries that are located on each side of the ref/freezer.
It is a design element but I prefer to cover the dishwasher to have an uninterrupted are that makes the sink a focal point. This kitchen sink is a native trails concrete farm sink which pairs perfectly with the caesarstone rugged concrete countertop.
Custom made hood with charred wood that is the perfect accent to a subway tile that has rustic elements. In the center is a 36" wolf range, off to the left finishing out this kitchen is a steam unit. This kitchen deliveries on style and the culinary desires of the most adventurous cooks. @SubzeroandWolf Appliances

This is a quintessential Colorado home. Massive raw steel beams are juxtaposed with refined fumed larch cabinetry, heavy lashed timber is foiled by the lightness of window walls. Monolithic stone walls lay perpendicular to a curved ridge, organizing the home as they converge in the protected entry courtyard. From here, the walls radiate outwards, both dividing and capturing spacious interior volumes and distinct views to the forest, the meadow, and Rocky Mountain peaks. An exploration in craftmanship and artisanal masonry & timber work, the honesty of organic materials grounds and warms expansive interior spaces.

lastly, we have a mod, geometric cement pattern, "modern roman holiday" which looks phenomenal paired with the simplistic design of this malibu master bath remodel. this is one of our all-time favorites because there is nothing else that is simultaneously classic and endlessly provocative.
the color featured is belize/sky/white. shop here: https://www.cletile.com/products/modern-roman-holiday-special-order

This modern kitchen contrasts white space with black cabinets. It creates a place that feels like a home, but in a chic and modern manner.

Two levels of South-facing (and lake-facing) outdoor spaces wrap the home and provide ample excuses to spend leisure time outside. Acting as an added room to the home, this area connects the interior to the gorgeous neighboring countryside, even featuring an outdoor grill and barbecue area. A massive two-story rock-faced wood burning fireplace with subtle copper accents define both the interior and exterior living spaces. Providing warmth, comfort, and a stunning focal point, this fireplace serves as a central gathering place in any season. A chef’s kitchen is equipped with a 48” professional range which allows for gourmet cooking with a phenomenal view. With an expansive bunk room for guests, the home has been designed with a grand master suite that exudes luxury and takes in views from the North, West, and South sides of the panoramic beauty.

The simplicity of this kitchen can be appreciated with this home. Everything else is very grand and oversized. While this kitchen is still larger than your typical, it doesn't leave you feeling overwhelmed with excessive details. They've taken specific elements, such as the tile and pendants, and left those as the features of the eye in this kitchen. Seeing past those design elements, we see they have a gorgeous Wolf Range and built-in Miele OneTouch bean-to- cup coffee machine (which btw makes a phenomenal cup-a-joe). We see the consistency of the asymmetry in the first island raised bar top and the wall of wine that we all want to dive into. The other small detail that adds a lot to a kitchen is the double thickness of the countertop. It is always a subtle but stunning addition and I have yet to see it go "wrong" in the design element of the kitchen.

This room is all about indoor/outdoor living, and phenomenal views—of the San Francisco Bay, primarily, but also a wooded canyon to the north, beyond the fireplace wall. The glass door to the right of the fireplace pockets behind the fireplace to provide an open corner that perfectly frames the 50+-year-old Monterey Cypress outside. The space was intended as a hang-out area for family and friends. Just steps beyond the 20’ expanse of Weiland “lift and glide” doors is a waterslide and hot tub. On the shelving: The open shelving is backed with Phillip Jeffries Manila Hemp Bliss, which adds texture and warmth to the space. Our Mondrian-inspired shelving design offers a dynamic, playful backdrop that adds energy to the space while giving it a fresh, modern feel and providing a variety of size options so the owners won’t be limited on what they choose to display. -12’ ceilings; we added a dropped ceiling in the middle to add a dynamic element to the space and to help the proportions feel more cozy
