The builder, the client, and the architect shared a common vision inspired by the spectacular lake front homesite. Elegant, refined, authentic; every space was carefully thought out to capture and exude the understated significance of blending nature with the home, while expressing the heritage of the owners’ life’s journey. It is a place that will inspire new memories for generations to come.

Fun teenage bedroom located in the attic. The bedroom has one wall consisting of two twin mattresses end to end creating a "couch like" seating area. The other side has twin dressers and a TV. The bedroom has a large deck off one side. There is also a large walk in closet, bathroom and sitting area.

After asking us for a "modern farmhouse" the clients used the phrase "aesthetically jarred" after seeing our concept design model. After explaining how the design solution met, or exceeded, each of their programmatic requirements the clients asked us to continue with the design with only minor adjustments. The end product, forged by shear will and bounded rationalism, became an award winning home that the clients have thoroughly enjoyed.​ This 1,762 SF hime was completed in the Summer of 2010. Honors for this project include being LEED Platinum Certified - 2011, and the USGBC's Green Star Award.

The K300 Retractable Awning is the perfect solution for applications with minimal mounting space. The combination of its compact, state-of-the-art European design, and its elegant fully enclosed cassette define the phrase "Where Fashion Meets Function." Double wall extrusions, drop forged arm components and solution dyed acrylic fabrics make this awning strong and beautiful. The K300 is truly a cut above the best!
