This butlers pantry was conceptualized, designed, built, and installed by Rowlette Design & Installation. It features a brick backsplash, butcher block countertop, open shelving supported by metal screw pipes, wine cooler and cabinetry, and a library ladder for easy access to hard-to-reach items. The room is converted from a small laundry room off a larger kitchen and makes use of all space available.

A patio was built and walkway installed to the shed. A pipe was installed underneath the walkway with in the rock bed area for water to flow easily during rain storms and drain away from the home.

Imagined and designed by Kemble Interiors and thoughtfully executed by Empire City Construction. This Pre-war building, that once was the home to the composer Irving Berlin, was given a fresh tune recently. The existing herringbone floors and wall paneling throughout the living areas and office: were exquisitely restored to their original glory. The kitchen was carefully and completely disassembled and then rebuilt with new and existing elements. The addition of new Calcutta marble countertops, a custom fabricated range hood, and installation of custom grey stained wide plank floors gave the kitchen area a fresh and elegant revamp. Three of the four bathrooms were completely transformed as well as two bathrooms to complete the entire floor renovation project.

The upper mounting plate is oversized and houses recessed LED's along with color changing LED that run the full length of the mono-tube. All steel is powder coated White/Grey. ASC also designed, fabricated and installed the Multi-Line Pipe Rail on the stairs as well as the upper L-shaped landing areas. Railing is powder coated Teal/Blue Green
